I bought one of these pens a while back in a store and found it was my 'go to' pen whenever I wanted to write by hand. When it finally ran out of ink and I reverted my other pens (even with gel grips) they just felt awkward and inferior.So I was determined to hang onto a good thing and bought a box of 12 to keep me going for a long while. The only problem I have is making sure I get them back if I lend them to someone ;-)I've used lots of ballpoint pens over the years and this one wins hands down for the simple reason the ink is consistent, and doesn't clot like some others. Unlike some other fine ball points this one has never had the ball stick for lack of ink.

At first, I questioned the logic of a 'premium' retractable pen when the standard bic is good for most jobs but now that I've tried it I can tell you that it is absolutely worth every penny. The added comfort (or ergonomics I think is their preferred word) make it a much better write. It has all the benefits of the long lasting ink quality with the bonus that I can use it when writing long projects as the comfort level is so much higher.Definitely worth trying as you'll drop your other pens in a moment to switch over.

I've handwritten over 250k words this year and tried out a fair few pens.This pen is one of the best I've found. These retractable pens are great. They have a very comfortable tapered rubber grip, weigh a little heavier than a normal BIC Crystal, are well balanced, and give a smooth, even flow of ink.( You can also get them in a pack of three: a blue, a red, and a black. )

The Bic Atlantis pen is useful for taking notes and writing inventories. It has a good supply of stored ink, is a comfortable tool, and keeps working consistently. Once in a while the cap unwinds when pocketed and then the two main parts of its casing need to be refitted. The connecting thread could possibly be too short. But this pen is good value.

All pens should be Bic Atlantis.It's the only pen i use and will ever use.For the money they are the best quality and nicest to write with pen on the market.I use a pen alot for my job so i know.I also call it my pen knife as it's strong enough to help you deal with packing tape when opening boxes.Just buy them you know it makes sense.

I work in an Emergency Department and need pens that write fast but neatly (not all doctors have illegible handwriting!). These are really comfortable to hold and write very smoothly. The price is also great, in my opinion, which is good as I'm often putting my pen down and finding it's mysteriously disappeared!!

I've always liked these clicky pens, used them for many years. My only irritation, is if you often use the clip (to clip it to paper, your shirt, or just playing with it), it does have a tendency to break off.

I have used many pens over the years,as i like writing letters,and i must say i am very impressed with these,i bought 2,then went back and bought 4 more !! they glide when you write and not hard work at all

My favourite pens - as an RSI sufferer these glide across paper. Due to cost-cutting may my employer they no longer let me purchase these so I purchase them myself!

I originally bought a couple of Atlantis1.6mm black pens and found that they smudged. These 1.0mm pens write a fine line and I absolutely love them. Thank You Bic.

I run a tutoring company and we get through a great deal of pens!These are comfortable to hold for prolonged periods and they write well.Great value for money.

I love these pens, they are ideal if you do a lot of writing. They are not scratchy on the paper! Really good price compared with some places. Quick delivery.

The Atlantis Clc pen from BIC was very Stylish and wrote so smoothly. Because the grip was cushioned it was really comfortable to write with.

Liked this purchase because of smoothness and thickness of ballpoint for writing. Also because of comfort and grip of holding when writing.
