The most incredible thing I have ever seen!! It looks like a normal pen but on closer inspection it has 4 different colours!!! In one pen!!! Science has come a long way since bird feather and blood. How they have managed to cram so much technology in one small bit of plastic I do not know - and don't get me started on the wonders of plastic. With this pen you choose your colour via a small plastic button at the top of the pen. Then when the pen is depressed and moved on a sheet of paper, ink of the same colour appears - incredible. If you make the correct kind of movements you can even make writing appear!! Who needs computers and keyboards with this kind of invention? Anyway,

I have seen many wonders in my time, from the creation of the Concord to the incredible iPhone, but few things can come close to the spectacle that is the multicolor Bic pen. So many times I have wanted to use a different colour to the frankly selfishly overused blue and black, but the thought of reaching out to a separate pen and pulling off the lid, using it for a split second, and then reverting back to the original pen is exhausting me already. Alas we have the Bic multicolor pen. With one click you have the options of black, blue, green and red. Unbelievable. I'm going to give you a sec to let that fact sink in. Okay. So all in all, having used, and somewhat abused the uses of this super-pen (that's what I prefer to call it),

The choice of four colours - my note book has been transformed with actions in red - notes in black - highlights in green ( could be slightly darker green) & finally blue for other stuff. I do worry that one colour is going to run out before the others & this will spoil my enjoyment I am presently getting. It is, I think, it is a little to fat for total writing comfort, & in the heat of the moment the shiny plastic barrel could do with a grippy pattern on it. It saddens me that it is French in manufacture & concept, why couldn't Parker do this? Finally, at the top of the pen is a small lug with a hole through so you could attach a lanyard to it - as occasionally I work on high walk ways where

I have always enjoyed writing with these BIC 4 colour pens. The quality continues to be fantastic - all colours producing nice bold lines. It's so handy to have a choice of pens in one pen and to not have a lid to lose or chew. It's a shame that they are not refillable to my knowledge, as it seems like a bit of a waste as they are so well made - not brittle like your standard BIC, which I tend to chew and break before they run out of ink. I will have to investigate refills as that would be more environmental - although these last a good amount of time, so I'm not put off.

This is the only pen I use. Handy to right with. Never miss your red pen again. Ideally, I'd like to see one with just red and blue since I rarely use the black and hardly ever the green. I did see a no name brand one time that had just red and blue and I thought it was great. Also, I'd like to see come kind of refill available that would make the pen cheaper since I don't use the green when the other colours run out I just has to buy a new pen.

I have used this pen for decades mainly for the convenience of four different colours which comes very handy. Its quality for smooth and consistent writing never failed me. Interesting how it's now tagged as environmentally friendly; in fact, I agree with the sentiment as it avoids the clutter of 4 pens and the refillables do some plus to the environment.Quality multi-colour pen with no hesitation of recommending it.

I love this pen, I use it at work. I did have a cheaper copy of this Bic original, and I can really tell that this is a quality pen, the ink flows better, the pen doesn't self retract when I drop it down on the desk.I really want a box of these but £15 on a box is a lot really.I hope this one will last me ages, would definately buy again, delivered quickly.

Its Fantastic!!! I always wanted a pen like this when I was 10 years old. Now I'm 54 and 3/4's and I finally got one. I'm well chuffed, the pen works great and it changes colour with a touch of the button. I'm defo going to recommend to everyone I see. Do yourself a great big favour and buy one, you won't be disappointed.

these pens are very convenient for children. i brought these for my kids who go to secondary school. they're extremely handy as they put them in their blazer pockets and it doesn't clutter pockets with loads of different coloured pens.this pen has four colours, red,green,blue and black. perfect for school.

This is a cool pen! It's good to hold onto and works well. I like the 3 different colours so when I'm taking notes I can use one colour for general, the other for semi important things and one for super important things. It's sturdy and clicks in and out well. Pleased with this

Does anyone know if you can get refills for these pens. I hardly use the green and use the blue and red on occasion but the black a lot and so I only want to replace the black for now and still continue to use the pen as the black has run out. Please help!

I need to use different colours of ink at work and its a bit of a hassle so these pens are ideal. Cheap cheerful but write perfectly. If they get lost, no big deal as they are not expensive. Super quick delivery too,cant ask for any more :)

Honestly, this is the best pen I have ever owned. No i do not have a fettish for pens, however, I do have a nasty habit of pen biting. And this is really great for it. It's durability is amazing; not even a dent.

Usually these multi colour ball points are unreliable. This Bic is different. It seems robust and works well. Just slightly fiddly to change colours but nothing to cause me to lower the score from 5 stars.
