These pants are brilliant. They size large and are really comfortable. They wash well and last for ages. I bought these when our baby was two and he is still wearing them at four as his normal pants. He doesn't have accidents, but they are just a lot more comfortable than ordinary boys pants for his age, with a bit more padding. In terms of potty training, these pants do not make crinkly sounds, they look like normal pants at the waistband (the fabric is thicker than normal cotton pants, but these still look good compared to nappies etc.), and they hold a multitude of sins. They are heavy duty enough to contain soft poos and wees, although they will of course need removing and washing. We've washed them on the go more than once on days out and they don't stain at all. Even though our son doesn't need the added padding, these are such long-lasting, good quality pants that he has worn out many normal packs of pants but these just go on and on. I am considering buying more rather than flimsy character printed pants that he just wears out and grows out of. These are the best investment I have made in terms of baby to big boy pants. Highly recommended!

I bought these for my 2 year old when we started venturing outside without nappies (he has been inside the house with nappies since year old except for sleep times). These are very good quality. They hold one pee for few minutes before some of it leaks down the pants giving your toddler a little more time to let you know what is going on. I found this to be a good thing as even though I was not training my son in a traditional way (more like EC way), I wanted him to have the sensation of being wet if he peed in his pants. And since mine hates any part of his clothe to be wet, he requests pant change fast. They also hold a poop accidents very well and wash brilliantly on 40C.After 7 months use they still look like new and have the right shape. As other reviews have stated the sizing is on the large size. Our son now is 2.5 (we still use them as pants, even though accidents are very rare, because they are so nice and comfy) and weights 15kg and still wares 11-13kg size. I think soon they would become small but we wont need a bigger size.

My 2yr old seems to have developed some kind of fear to doing a number 2 in the potty whilst potty training. I was using pull-ups because of this but found they look so lumpy and bulky under her clothes, and environmentally I hate throwing them in the bin each day. I have used the swim nappy version of these which I wasn’t overly impressed with but thought I’d give these a go whilst on offer ( not sure I’d pay full price). Their brilliant and look like knickers under her dresses and leggings. They wash well and hold her number 2s so exactly what I wanted. Can’t comment on the wee side of it as she’s mostly potty trained.I did notice that whilst rinsing them that my hand which was on the outside was dry still whilst the tap was running on the inside so that seems like a good indication. She’s very happy with her fairy knickers and their perfect for my daughter. As for the sizing. She’s a petite 2 year old ( 3 next month) and just gone into age 2-3 clothes and these fit her perfectly.

Randomly saw these in Sainsburys but they didn’t have the age 3 and the age 2 stated under 15kg and my 2 1/2 year old is around 16kg. Hence why I ordered the age 3 through Amazon.Never knew they existed but they are actually just what we needed for our potty training as my son was refusing to tell me when he needed a wee in pull ups but always told me in pants when at home but not always when we were out. So needed something that was slightly more absorbent than pants but wasn’t a nappy! We have been using them since Christmas Day (I know random day to start potty training)And so far so good.... thick and absorbent enough to catch a small wee,but not thick enough and feel like pants that my little one knows it’s not a nappy or a pull up and can’t just have a wee in them. They run really small as I mentioned my son is about 16kg and the age 3 are a snug fit but hoping to not have to use them in a few more weeks!

perfect, does the job for me very well. my daughter is a wee bit on the chubby side and other brands I have used have tended to induce a full blown sumo event trying to pull them off her. These just come off much easier, and she can do it herself when she wants the potty, which is handy because sometimes Im busy breastfeeding her younger sister when nature calls. they get wet alot quicker than the 'boots' ones I have but this is not really a problem for me because I dont intend them for long wear. However they hold, a little longer than other store brands.easy to wash, quick drying.etc etc. in the bag as far as value for money is concerned. will be buying more.

I bought these because I have a tractor mad 17 month old, and his previous pants were getting too tight. I bought size 2-3, he is a big boy, however they seem to be as small as this 18-24 month ones (from another brand), so a wee bit on the small size.Overall, they are not bad, and the prints are really sweet (reason for buying). However, they are no better than the cheaper ones I bought (but I got seven pairs of pants, for the price of one tractor pair!).In sum, buy them for the print, but don't expect them.to be any better than cheaper training pants. They won't keep your child's clothes dry,but do stop puddles on the floor!!

I bought these training pants for my three year old daughter (approx. 18kg) after nearly a year of "toilet training" using disposables with no success. The pants (16kg+ size) are big around the legs and when she has a wet accident I usually end up with washing her leggings as well. However, she should be able to use these for at least another year maybe more. The pants have had the desired effect, as she is usually asking for toilet or potty in time. She has improved from several "accidents" a day at the beginning, to a couple a week. Each pair costs about the same as a pack of disposables and so I am now saving money as well.

I don't really get the purpose of this product. Like I think for potty training you need a pull up nappy or any pair of pants.... I'm not sure how these training pants make a difference.I guess when I bought them I thought they were like a reusable nappy that will catch all her wee. They're not that. They're literally normal knickers but just thicker with like a towel on the inside. Well made- if that's what you think your kid needs.I just use them like normal knickers now for my child who is potty trained.I don't know why I felt the need to buy this.

My daughter is toilet trained and we've been using it for the past few months for nights only. The pants fit bigger than expected and would easily fit a 4 years old (see photo comparing between sizes). Color isn't pale pink but darker/fuchsia, if it matters. Can only hold little amount of liquid, so definitely not a substitute for nappies but helpful for occasional leaks. Bought 4 of these and they wash well at 40 degrees.Only 4 stars as I didn't really like the fabric, would prefer natural material especially for hot summer nights. Great otherwise x

Nice design and material. They fit quite small, my son who is 2 and a half and 13kg couldn’t even get into the 2-3 size, he just about fits in the 3+.They are nice and comfortable and made of some sort of towelling material but they don’t absorb a whole pee, just a little bit more than plain underwear, the pee will still soak through trousers. I thought the whole point was to feel wet to the child but be of some help to the parents not to soak through clothes. So a bit pointless in that sense...I Like the material and designs though!

It says they are for kids between 13 and 16 kg in weight, which my daughter is, but for her they're a bit loose around the thighs. Which obviously leads to leaks. Which is desirable to some extent, as you want the experience uncomfortable so kids are more motivated to sit on the potty BEFORE they pee. The pants are made of good quality fabric, which washes well. Since they are thick they need a lot of time to dry, so maybe you might need two sets of five pairs.

Not sure on absorbency as used purely for nighttime reassurance whilst transitioning out of nappies at night (had no accidents in them!). They seems comfortable for my daughter however the 3+ size comes up very small. My daughter is petite and in all 2-3 clothes and the 3+ pants barely gave her any extra room, would not fit a regular 3-4 year old but 2-3 more suited (in my opinion!)

Having had a few set backs in potty training decided to try these rather than pull ups, they cope well with small accidents and build confidence by allowing little one to feel wet without the embarrassment of wetting right through clothes. They dont contain bigger accidents though and sizes are a bit large. My son wears 18-24mth clothes but this size in the pants is a bit too big.

After having some trouble getting our three year old to stay dry through the night, decided to try these as a step between a pull up and pants. Within three days he was dry! Firmly believe that he wasn't dry in a nappy because he knew it didn't matter, but these feel more like pants, with a bit of extra security. Great price and fast delivery. Would definitely recommend!!

my boy is 18months, 90cm, 15kg. Fit the 2-3y perfectly. I bought the pants just to save his bottom, as he always gets nappies rush. But it leaking all the time, so still need to change the whole lot not only the pants. But I don't mind as long as my son's bottom is smooth. I use them during the daytime, one nappy at night. Save money as well. :D
