bought this turntable as a low cost replacement for my old hi-fi turntable, after it failed. I still have a number of LP records that I want to play or record and wanted something to enable me to do that. The turntable is very easy to use with 3 main control buttons: Start, Stop & Raise/Lower. Start fires up the turntable and sets the stylus down accurately to start playback. Press Stop at any point and the stylus lifts off and returns to its park without any fuss. Raise/Lower allows manual positioning of the stylus on the record and is easy to use. The LP60 also has a 33/45 speed selector button on the front and a centre sleeve if you wish to play 45’s without a centre hole.

This is a great deal for someone wanting a good quality turntable at an affordable price, but not after anythingtoo fancy. It’s convenient that it comes with a decent sounding set of speakers - they’re not amazing, but they serve their purpose very well and have a rich sound and adjustable bass level. The turntable is simple to use, compact, and not too much of a pain to set up. Altogether the set’s very compact, modest, and straightforward looking, but sounds really good. I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend this deal, though if you’re an obsessive audiophile, you’d probably find something wrong with it.

Whilst I am aware this brand is well thought of, I was sceptical due to the price. Having looked elsewhere and found similar products for a lot more I want expecting a lot.It arrived on time and I am amazed. So way to set up, the sound is amazing and I could not be happier.I truly believe I have got the bargain of the year. This is a great starter kit and will last me for many years. I am truly satisfied.

I would be surprised to find a better turntable for the price. I paid £60 for a refurbished model, which is less than most of the other entry level turntables out there from less reputable brands. The product looks and feels well made. Sound quality is superb . If you're after a budget turntable don't waste your time with your Ions or your Crossleys - this is the one you need.

I found it easy to assemble ,having only the belt to put on.The only thing was, the software can be hard to understand, you need to read it through a few times.The magnetic cartridge gives a good account of it,s self.Soft touch controls work very nicely, (speed and start/stop.)It looks smart also.All in all I recommend this machine.

This is the second audio technica I have bought its easy to assemble and far out does its much more expensive rivals. The sound is good and the fully automatic turntable is a great function. 5 stars all the way.

Just amazing for the price. Sound good, not top drawer but good for my old ears and old well played albums, and the ability to save them via the USB out to laptop and onto memory stick is a pure bonus.

Really good piece of kit. I was looking for a more expensive one but this has everything you need for a much less price. if your just starting out playing records then its perfect for you.

Turntable itself is perfect, speakers that come with it are very quiet though - am using speakers I already had though (easy to set up, comes with all the lead adaptors) and I'm loving it

I bought this turntable to digitise my vinyl collection, a function it performs most satisfactorily. Very pleased with the product which sounds great. It's a steal for the price.

Good sounding turntable for under £100 but the built quality is low it’s plastic. But overall it sound amazing, that’s what matters.

I wanted something compact but with good sound quality and I wasn't disappointed. I would definitely recommend this product.
