I agonized unnecessarily over this purchase. I kept reading the reviews about Pyrex exploding - which was what initially sent me to look at Anchor hocking's version of the 3Qt - concerned that I would make a fatal purchase that would result in hours of cursing while attempting to clean exploded lasagna out of the oven. My take away from the exploding Pyrex discussion was that while the change in manufacturer likely played a part in the dip in reported quality, making sure there is always liquid in the glass baking dish is likely sufficient to avoid explosions. So while I opted for the Anchor Hocking dish out of perhaps not entirely legit reasoning, I can still say that I am very pleased with it.It feels sturdy, the rounded design is aesthetically pleasing, and the holes on the handle make picking it up simple and stress-free. I was a unsure I would be okay with the fact that it is slightly smaller at the base, opening wider toward the rim, but I actually like it quite a bit. It makes prepping dishes easy and cleaning even easier thanks to the rounded interior - no more trying to scrape those last bits of food that no brush can seem to reach!I am a fan and will look to Anchor Hocking for any future glass bake ware needs.

I love Anchor Hocking products and this is no exception. I love that it has handle slots. I don't use any non-stick bakeware, I always use glass or stainless steel. This pan is 9x13 and perfect for cakes, brownies, lasgana and other casserole dishes. It's nice and heavy too.I don't know about how you can take this from fridge to pre-heated oven like one person said because glass bakeware is very sensitive to sudden temperature changes. I don't think I would try that.

good quality as all Anchor Hocking is. I like to make my lasagna with at least 4 thick layers. This pan isn't deep enough for that IMO. Still a good pan though. Wider than usual handles, really like that feature! Easy clean up pan. I'd buy again for myself, or as a gift. If it was for myself I'd buy it to use as a casserole pan though. Order was delivered quickly after being placed. Pan was in fine shape upon inspection.

Was looking for a deep dish lasagna pan for a long time, without having to fork out a fortune for the cast iron ones. This worked great and turned out a beautiful deep professional looking lasagna, that was evenly cooked. The clear glass made a nice serving dish as well. Matches everything. Would definitely purchase again, and will probably purchase the square version that Crate and Barrel carries.

I was so happy to find an Anchor Hocking pan that was deep enough (2 1/2 inches)for a three layer lasagna! I like the convenience of being able to build my lasagna earlier in the day and throw it in the fridge. If you have a PRE-HEATED oven you can take it from the fridge and throw it in. You can't beat the price and Super Saver Shipping! Metal pans were $25 this was $9.99.

Easy to clean however use a soft sponge not any abrasive material - solid design with handles to remove from the oven - and the baking is superior in results compared to using a metal panel. Definitely would recommend - do follow the temperature suggestions do not place from one extreme temperature to another i.e. do not move from the oven to the freezer until fully cool

I like the Anchor Hocking baking dishes because they are thicker than other brands. I had another one before this which cracked when it was accidentally placed on a hot stovetop, but I think any other brand would have cracked, too. It just seems sturdier than the pyrex dishes I could find in the stores nearby.

We had a Pyrex baking dish for 20 years and it finally cracked. I looked around for a sturdy replacement and found this one. I really like the handles. I use silicone mitts and am able to make a firm grip on this dish while taking it in and out of the oven. I'm looking to buy additional pieces.

This dish is much heavier, sturdier, nicer than what I usually get from the stores. It feels much more expensive and steady than you can guess. Also, seemingly it can take a few knocks without cracking too, which is a a big plus every once in a while.Very highly recommend.

The baking dish is just exactly what I was looking for. It is perfect for lasagna or anything you need a dish deeper than a standard 13 x9 baking dish. I love that it has handles too. Makes it much easier to get in & out of the oven.

Vegetables and meat do not stick to glass. Easy to wash. If any small pieces sticks it comes off under water stream. Not too much oil need it. Just couple of drops. I like it

Others have complained of glass baking dishes exploding on them, but I have owned several Anchor Hocking dishes and have never had a problem. Great product!
