Even with all vents open in my GP plus some days are just two hot, this jacket is for those days. It is light, great looking, three large internal pockets, one waterproof tho as this is a mesh jacket this seems superfluous. It has good Velcro adjustment for the waist and arms leaving plenty of room for a mid layer and I combine it with a Knox wind stopper mid layer for early morning and evening, as depending on one's constitution I find temperatures need to be above 18 degrees to become comfortable.
