If you have the OK Famouslyfit Toning Dome these are a must, as they do not come with the product and it is very difficult to find an alternative.The quality is reasonably good, but I agree with others that there should be some kind of labelling or information as to the strength level of each set of tubes. This can obviously be found out by trial and error, but would be better to know from the outset.The tube sets come in a mesh bag for tidy storage and ease of portability.

Easy to use and follow. Use and bought with my Bosu Ball from same company. Strength of tubes easy to work out, even though not told which colour is which.
