Very good value for money. I use this with my Pilates classes and Physiotherapy sessions as well as when I do my own exercises.I've cut the roll into 5/6 bands which are ideal for everyday and class use. Very durable - used for months in my classes and none have snapped. Only thing I would say is keep away from water and heat / extreme cold (keeps well in my boot in the winter with no issues) as the rubber does not like this. If you heat it then it becomes translucent and is more likely to snap and has a tendency to stick to itself (standard issues with rubber-based bands). Take care if using the band in this state!NOT latex free so I have to check all my participants are not allergic before classes/sessions but this has yet to be an issue.Very difficult to find latex-free bands. Will definitely buy again and throughly recommend!

i'm male, late 20's, athletic. rubber band is good for stretching muscles in new ways and those hard to reach stretches (eg. triceps). good incentive to do some morning stretching, yoga/pilates moves. great for warming up muscles (eg for javelin, archery etc).also experienced good results using it as a recovery tool the day after intensive workout- specifically for upper body using the '100 reps' outlined in 'strength anatomy 2' (F. Delavier).it is not strong enough for serious strength training. it can be divided up into different lengths with a scissors. no booklet to show moves but I make up my own, whatever feels good. tension can be adjusted- harder with hands close together, easier with hands further apart.

I have been using 66Fit exercise bands for a couple of years now as recommended by my physiotherapist. I had a rotator cuff injury which was stopping me working out at the gym and playing racket sports, but with physio sessions and performing daily exercises with these bands I am now injury-free.When I had the actual injury and felt pain, I used the weaker blue (Heavy) bands, but now use the black ones (Extra Heavy) to maintain strength in my arms and shoulders. A roll of these exercise bands will last you a fair bit of time - I found I got about 5 bands of just over a metre each, and each one would last about 2-3 months with daily use. They can be used for all sorts of exercises too.Highly recommended.

Bought for rehabilitation following an injury, 5.5 m is about 10 times as much as I needed. But exercise bands are so versatile that I will be looking up what other general strengthening exercises I can do with what I have left over and also purchasing the bands that offer higher resistance. Each colour corresponds to a different strength (i.e. resistance). 66FIT offer 1.2 m lengths of three different colours and, though slightly more expensive in terms of price per metre, I should have gone for this option. Consider buying the multi-pack.

I bought this to replace my EA active exercise band which was beginning to tear and am very happy with it.I went up 2 levels on the strength I though I needed and bought the X heavy which I cut to the same length as the EA active band. It offers a lot more resistance but still allows for the exercises to be manageable so now I am unable to use upper body exercises as "breathers" when I am worn out from aerobics-this is a good thing.Product feels good quality (used for a week)and there is still loads of band left, so excellent value too.

An absolute bargain....5.5m, so you can cut off whatever sizes you require.A standard single band is 1.5m and not much cheaper!!!!!!!!So you may as well share with friends, share the cost etcI purchased this blue band having read several reviews which said the other colours i.e yellow, red, green etc seemed to 'snap' and weren't as strong.I find this one is still VERY flexible yet longer lasting!!!!!

I'd read other reviews and as I'm used to grey Dyna Bands wasn't sure these would be strong enough but they're fine. I cut the entire length into two equal parts and can use them single, doubled or quadrupled as they're so long. Don't know how durable they'll be, of course. Up to now I'm glad I bought them. The transaction with Physio Supplies Ltd couldn't have been simpler or faster. Excellent.

The delivery time was extremely impressive, less than 24hrs - I definitely commend this company for that. As other reviewers have stated the product is described as 'Heavy' but is much more akin to a light resistance band. I would recommend that customers consider going two or three strengths higher than the one they think they need, apart from that, full marks!

Very strong resistance band. Lasts longer. Folds wider therefore not cutting into your limbs. Ideal for improving joint stabilising muscle strength and achieving flexibility of muscle groups through allowing equal use of shortening and lengthening muscle contractions by the very nature of the dynabands ability to stretch and resist muscle actions simultaneously!

This therbanding is perfect for children with sensory processing disorders. It gives very strong feedback and is not easily breakable. We've used most of it already distributing it around the school, as so many children have found it helpful! I would highly recommend this product to anyone working with people with sensory processing difficulties.

I have used this product for the last 2 weeks in my work out and the quality of the product seems to hold up fine, I just had to cut off the required length that I needed and there is still quite a lot left of the roll so when this has worn out I can get a fresh length to work out with. Deliver was quick so highly recommended

I'm an activities organiser in a residential home and these were bought to aid chair based exercises. They are light enough for those with poor muscular strength to get some benefit and can be used with those ladies and gentlemen who are a little stronger, I will be buying more of this and other strengths.

Bought this to replace some given to me by the physio. Paid attention to the comments listed by lots of others purchasing this sort of thing. It was certainly worth it to pay a bit more and get the required quality and strength. This will last me a long time, would certainly recommend it.

Bought this as a more economical alternative to Theraband Gold.( About a third of the price. ) While it will not provide the speed or power of the Gold, that is easily compensated by adding extra bands, and further enhanced by tapering them. A good low price alternative.

i was looking for a product to replace the bands i had got from the hospital for phiso, i feel that these bands are identical to those which i had received from the hospital, and mine is still in good condition.
