This is the 2nd one of these I've purchased the 1st back in 2016 which is still going strong but I like the colour of this one and it was a good price, This one is no different than the 1st except the colour and I wear them as mid layers which is what they are best suited for, Not particularly ''pleasantly warm'' as listed in the description but I usually have a decent base layer underneath and a wool jumper on top plus a decently warm jacket on top so I am plenty warm enough, Made from an elasticated lycra/elastane material which to be honest I have found to be quite cold worn on its own or with just a layer underneath, I like the thumb loops as they add to the feel of being fully protected from the weather even if they don't actually help with warmth.

Purchased this back in 2016 and it's now Feb 2019 so this top has been well and truly tested, I have always worn it as a mid layer on top of a decent base layer and it works well for this purpose, it is a good fit with plenty of stretch which means that it doesn't feel restrictive even if it is a snug fit, the zipper works well and I like the thumb loops, I'm not sure about the warmth but the material feels like lycra/elastane which is usually not so warm imo, I suppose the downside is being synthetic it needs regular washing unlike wool which is far better at neutralising bad odours overall a decent enough top that still looks as good as the day I got it even though it has been through two winters and counting,
