Delivered very quick.easy to assemble and to use only down side is the seat seems a bit hard after a bit of exercises but it could be that I'm not use to using it ..Very quiet and sturdy ..overall worth the money

Ideal for someone who's buying their first excersise bike. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you're comfortable it's a relatively good excersise bike. Takes up very little room as well.

The bike was packaged well and was very easy to build up. very easy to use and the tension adjustment does the job.
