I have had several problems with buying Trollbeads for my wife. She has a standard Trollbeads necklace (and she doesn't wear bracelets) but has now had three different beads that just don't fit - and it doesn't say on the description that they are smaller. Come on, Trollbeads, keep to standard sizes. Come on, Amazon, if they are a different size you have to say so. Don't get me wrong, these are nice things, so the single star is for the bad service. And, by the way, we are angry that Amazon take £6 off my refunds for postage - the bead weighs 1.5g, in other words less than half of a single sheet of paper!

it looks cheap, not up to the normal standard of Trollbeads. It was a present for my Daughter and I found myself apologising for its quality
