As a very, very long time Doctor Who fan/obsessive, I have been collecting the Top Trumps Doctor Who packs, and had to have the new ones. The high quality of the past sets is still evident, and I think that they are still one of the nicest bits of Doctor Who memorabilia/ephemera available. And for such a great price, too. I used to collect Top Trumps back in the 1970's, when you'd open a new set and be surprised at the contents (no internet then, to give you a sneak preview) - and I still feel a hint of that childish pleasure and anticipation even now, when I crack open a pristine new set. They even smell the same. Excellent.

DS loves the cards. The graphic quality though I think is quite poor, the photos are extracted from the film rather than headshots which means some are blurry, the poor actress playing Ginny Weasley will be depressed at how she looks on the card and the subtext explaining the character is so small against a coloured background and funny font that it is barely legible without magnification. DS loves them of course but I just think they could have been more clearly and graphically defined. The DH part 1 are pretty much the same in terms of assets and defects.

Top Trumps make a brilliant game for everyone. Harry Potter Top Trumps have so much information on every card and you could learn something new while you play. This deck is really good and was a good buy. I would recommend this to someone to people to buy as it offers a good time of entertainment. The box is small and can be taken anywhere. So wherever you are you could always pull it out and have a game. The game time is unknown which is great. Its all on chance on which category you select.

Okay I am an adult who likes Top trumps AND Harry Potter...so these were an irresistable combo. So far I have had to play them by myself but hope to have a worthy opponent. I have all of the Harry Potter Top Trumps but there does not seem to be a set for The Philosophers Stone...why not?

Great game for anyone. The cards have information on them which tells the player more about the person. The box keeps the cards safe and can fit in your pocket so you can take it anywhere. The cards are strong and have good detail on them. The game is great.

As a fan of Dr. Who, I must say I'm very pleased with this Top Trumps pack. All the major characters from the last series are there, including the complete Paternoster gang!! Well worth the money, and I intend to get the other Dr. Who packs as well

Really fun; a blast from the past! I had Top Trumps back in the 80"s and my daughter saw a family playing these on a train. As a huge Harry Potter fan, they were a lovely treat for her. We have had great fun with these and at a good price too.

Great quality item as always with the Top Trumps range. Great clear cards up to date with the new Doctor Who series. The kids (and us adults) love playing with these cards over and over)Have brought others in the range for Christmas gifts.

We have a Christmas tradition in our family that we always buy each other a pack of top trumps so we can play together. I bought this one for my 11 year old daughter this year and I just know she will love them. What's not to love about HP?

The whole family loves to play top trumps, and we all like the HP editions. Only problem here is (as mentioned by other reviewers) that they seem to have used the same picture for Fred and George, which is kind of annoying. But oh well.

Purchased for Harry Potter keen wife for birthday to go into a Harry Potter lunch tin. Seems to cover most of the major characters in the film. A good game to play with children or adults, as long as they like Harry Potter!

I love Top Trumps, and these ones are just as good as the others (if not better because they're Harry Potter related). I play them all the time with anyone who'll give me a game. Totally worth buying.

Top trumps were in excellent condition on arriving, perfect for hours of fun for kids n adults also the case the cards were in made it easy to store away when finished perfect gift for christmas.

Good little stocking filling for my children.Lots of fun detials about characters but based along the usual Top Trumps game play.its Harry Potter so of course it was well recieved by my kids.

Bought these to make up chocolate frog boxes for my grandson. He was delighted to get them and now the gross are eaten he and his sister use them to play Harry Potter to trump's, double win.
