I actually bought these shoes for my daughter's birthday which hasn't occurred yet so can't comment on her behalf. However, at the same time I bought a pair for myself, My daughters and I are really into TOMS shoes, having several pairs. I like the the look of this one and love the more practical grey colour. I bought size 4 - I am normally 3/3.5 but I find TOMS sizes a little small, thus the 4. However, this style feels a little tighter than the others. They are not quite as comfortable as the women's classics I bought last year - at the moment they leave slight dents in my foot but I am hoping they will give a bit with wear. That said, I think from the price,

Strong durable canvas while soft and comfortable fit true to UK size very attractive petrol blue/navy with white stripe classic design great price. Slight tightness across upper part of the foot which was resolved within one hour of wear when fabric slightly stretched with wear feeling as comfortable as slippers but ample support. Delighted with my purchase and have already recommended and purchased a 2nd pair for a friend. Also they look great with jeans, smart & casual and perfect for when your going to be on your feet all day. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes! So comfortable, cute and a great cause. When I bought my other classics through toms website, they were true to size. Yet these ones were not. I originally ordered my usual size but had to send them back for a half size smaller. Although they wouldn't let me do an exchange, the return shipping was free and I got my refund in two days. I bought the smaller size and it came quickly (although the price went up in the meantime, I don't care because I love these shoes!)

Tom's shoes are very laid-back and comfortable. For me to find a comfortable shoe is a miracle. I wear them with my orthotics (peeling away the insert from the shoe is "interesting" but the structure remains solid) and I have a wonderfully accomodating lightweight shoe. Love the denim, good fabric, just-right color. Tom's shoes form to your feet after wearing, which I appreciate. A day in Tom's is usually a good day (attitude adjustor?)

My previous pair of espadrilles pale by comparison. These shoes are fantastically comfortable and harder wearing and I enjoy wearing them greatly.Bizarrely when I first put them on the left felt very loose as though it would fall off. It in the 7 or 8 times I've put it on since it's felt tighter,much more well fitting. I was nervous to begin with but now I'm very pleased.

Love all Toms shoes I ever purchased and most of all the donation of a pair of shoes for charity with each one you buy. The color is great along with the comfort they go with most of the casual clothes I wear. The only down side is that if you have an arch problem with your feet you will need to purchase extra support because of the soft sole.

Awesome shoes, easy to slip on and still works great for walking. Had no problem walking 10miles with these yesterday. Would recommend to order maybe half size smaller than usually since then they kinda stick to your feet better and after using them for a while they will take the shape of your feet for perfect fit. Would recommend!

quality of the materials used is very good. much better then the 'cheaper' versions. very comfy and the fact they send a pair of shoes to children in need is a nice touch. feels like you're helping someone out by buying things for yourself. all in all. nice, comfy and makes you feel good about yourself. a must buy!

These Toms feel amazing in Florida weather. They are fairly durable and true to size. Best part is the back doesn't slip off. I've only had them for a few weeks, and it has started to stretch around the top. Thats why I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I think if I wash them then they will shrink back to size.

The style and look of the shoe are great. But, while I normally wear a 10.5 in a shoe, this one was tight. The words fit area for me was the elastic gusset at the top front of the shoe. Wore them around the house for a day and still my feet were achy, and I had to remove a couple of times throughout the day.

Love these shoes. I looked for this color in few stores and couldn't find the exact shade. I love this color, fits very well. These are one of my favorite pairs now. I even got cheaper than in the store. I would suggest to try tge size in store before you order it. Mine fits well.

They are so comfy and the best ever! Get at least a size smaller than your normal size... they stretch out a lot. You want them to be very snug when you buy them. I normally wear a size 7.5 and got a 6.5 in Toms. My friend normally wears a 9 or 9.5 and wears an 8 in Toms.

Tom's shoes are very comfortable. I wouldn't think they would be comfortable if one had to walk a great distance. They are ideal to travel in because of the ease in slipping them off and on.As light as they are, it's surprising how sturdy they are constructed!

I am a size 4 in all shoes but i bought these in a size 4 and they are way too small? I am going to have to return them. I cant even get my foot in to stretch them a bit. Its a shame because i really like them and will just re-order a size 5. Lovely shoes tho!

Brilliant shoes, comfortable, hard wearing and multi functional. Bought to replace my previous pair that have been worn out by use, but are still in use for walking around the house, even though they look a bit worn out now, after numerous holidays etc.
