When they arrived I could barely fit my feet into them (and I am a 4.5 so it was surprising for a size 5) however they do stretch and ease up on the tightness and I've had to 'break them in' wearing socks and prancing around the house trying to loosen them up. I emailed the seller and they said something ridiculous about it being my own fault that I hadn't taken into account that TOM's are an American brand and I should order my size in the American size. Which, makes no sense. I've had a few pairs of TOM's before and never had this problem nor have I been told to order in an American size (even though the size guide comes up as UK sizing, why would I assume it was incorrect?).Anyway, good shoes,

Really nice looking pair of shoes. I already have four pairs of Toms, and I'm always a size four (UK), so I ordered a 4. However these were a little tight. This may have been as I wore them for the first time in Croatia, and my feet swole in the ridiculous heat (yuck). It kind of felt like these shoes hated my feet and blisters ensued. However, today I wore these shoes back in the good old UK, in it's UK summer temperatures, and they fitted perfectly. So in summary, wear these in the UK and the fit is as expected. Wear them in a warm country and they're small. Well, I hope this review helps, as its honest but may read as complete nonsense. They really are nice shoes :-)

Great shoes! I was a bit worried because when I received them they were a little tight I ordered my usual size). I am REALLY glad I kept them and did not exchange them for the next 1/2 size up. The canvas has stretched out quite a bit and they are a tad loose now, but not so loose they feel like they are falling off. They fit well. They are a great shoe for just running around and have held up well over the last two months I wear them every day). I was worried after reading reviews that they might fall apart or wear holes in the canvas but so far they have held up to easy every day wear. I am going to order another pair in red :)

I bought these TOMS in Ash, size 10 (the shoe size that I'm currently in. I already had some TOMS that were 10's, and they fit great.) I was very disappointed upon receiving them because either my feet grew overnight, or they were missized. Either way, the shoes were too small. I returned them and got a refund. ShooPop has great service, and the shoes came in on time. The color and other descriptions were right on target as well. I guess the size just got messed up. I will definitely be using ShooPop again, but next time I will be going up a shoe size!!

I thought these might not be comfortable right away, but I loved them right out of the box. They feel narrow at first while slipping them on, but quickly fit your foot. The foot bed is comfortable and has some arch support although I didn't work in them or walk around all day in them. I just did some errands and went to a cookout for a bit. The navy is a good dark navy color. I love my shoes and I love that somewhere someone else has a pair because I bought them.

Whole family loves these from my gran down to my daughter. Was fed up of having my Toms borrowed so thought I would invest in some for my teenage daughter and she has worn them constantly despite the recent temperatures. Highly recommend them, I feel they're fantastic quality, last well, ethically sourced and being leather provide a good breathable solution for a good price. Only downside is choosing from all the colours on offer!

I normally wear a size 10/10.5ish, and a pair of 9s in ash were just a bit too small. Ordered a pair of 9.5s, and so far they have lasted me about 5 months with moderate to heavy wear, and they even held up in the washing machine! I just ordered another pair of 9.5s in red, and they are definitely larger than the 9.5 in gray, but not so big that I feel the need to return them. Be prepared to exchange size if necessary!

I absolutely love these shoes. They are comfortable (and cute) even when my feet are hurting. They have much more cushion than norm. flats. When I washed them in washing machine and air dried they did fade a bit, but I appreciate the loved look. They did warp on the inside, but after wearing for a day they were back to good. Caution on washing machine. I probably won't do that again.They are most durable flats ever.

Just received my 1st pair from Amazon today. They fit great and seem like they will be comfortable (will be wearing them for the first time tomorrow). I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, I bought them in a size 8 after reading other reviews about sizing. There seems to be plenty of padding especially in the insole; which is great since I have a high in-step. I also love that the company (Tom's) is about giving back!

i absolutely LOVE these shoes. I usually wear a sixe 9 or 10 depending on the shoe , so i ordered a size 10 just to be on the safe side. they are TRUE to size very SNUG and comfortable. i was so surprised to see the arch support in these shoes. normally in flat shoes there is little to NO arch support so thats a PLUS for the TOMS. very comfortable shoes, i could walk all day in these shoes.

Smooth yet resistent. good fabrics.Great for this shy summer in Portugal. I love itArrive on time, in a suitable paper box .Like the coulor ( not too dark). I wear them even for work.I am a size 4. They are a bit narrow, luckily I have narrow feet, otherwise it wouldn't fit right. I would recomend a size 4.5, (37 EU)Bought another pair the next day. Grey this time.Totaly satisfied.

I just received my TOMS in the mail. I've been wearing them for 3+ days now. No problems at all. I normally wear a 7.5 in flats and heels, but not in my tennis shoes (8.0). So I ordered a 7.5 and they fit perfectly! I would suggest if you are going to wear thicker socks(mine are really thin) to go 1/2 size up. They also have a great leather insole with an arch! Best.Shoes.Ever!

Nice pair of espadrille but funny size. My original shoe size is 6 but these shoes are not only running small, but terribly tight, impossible to fit my foot in them. That’s why I got a size bigger which I could fit the width but too long. However, I think they are comfortable and gorgeous stylish finish for a summer outfit. Toms should get a more realistic shoe mould.

I ordered these shoes as a transition piece from winter to spring to summer. They fit wonderfully! I wear a ladies size 10, have a slightly wide foot (so shoes that are cut narrow usually do not work for me) but my TOMS fit perfectly. They are extremely lightweight and comfortable, with room in the toebox. I will be purchasing another pair or three.

My shoes arrived four days early and they're amazing! They came in the toms box, and had a toms flag(cloth type item carrying the logo) and a toms sticker. I love these shoes so much. They are so comfy, almost better than my vans. I got mine in brown so it would basically go with everything. Im so happy with them! I cant wait to wear them out.
