My son, size 13 feet, 6'4", 21 yo, loved these shoes but they were tight over the top of his foot. We solved the problem by cutting slits through the band that goes across the top of the shoe under the "tongue" area. Now they are perfect. Husband got the same shoes but was unwilling to cut them so we are sending them back.
