I feel awful for those that received knockoffs. I got real black on black TOMs for $30! I feel lucky! I have very wide peasant feet ( think short even length toes with a wide forefoot and skinny heel) that go between a 6.5 and 7. I also have a high arch and a ridiculously high instep(top of the foot) from a decade of pointe work in ballet. Some shoes just don’t work for my foot. These are borderline almost unwearable. I love them, they could be comfortable but the toe box squishes my toes to the point of making them go numb after 30 minutes. That’s no good. I have stuffed them to stretch them and the left shoe is perfect now. But my right foot is more muscular and defined than the left and it still has some stretching to do.

So I bought these shoes with the hope to be able to pull out the insoles. I love that TOMS is starting to make some of their products with removable insoles but most don't have that option yet. I have to use vionic (orthopedic) insoles so the standard TOMS insole just doesn't work for me.As many other reviews state/prove well, these are not "real" TOMS but rather pretty convincing replicas. As some other reviews note, the insoles are not the same, most notably they are not stitched into the shoe but rather glued fairly poorly. I desperately needed to replace my gray shoes and TOMS does not offer a traditional gray with removable insole, so I decided to go for these. As hoped,

I was hesitant to buy TOMS from a place other than TOMS.com and was pleasantly happy when I got them!COLOR: I ordered light grey classic and the color is just as pictured. I wish I had gone with a darker color because I'm always worried that they'll get noticeably dirty. But that's my issue, not the company or brand.SIZE: I took others advice and ordered a 1/2 size below my normal size (I wear 9, ordered 8.5) and don't regret it. For years and years I put off trying Toms because I didn't think they were worth the high price tag. I stumbled upon a pair at a really great price here on Amazon so I thought, "Why not?" Upon wearing them over the past few weeks, I can now see why people love them. They're light, can be worn casually for with work clothes, and come in any color you can imagine. They're now my go-to shoes! While I don't think they provide good arch support, I still find them very comfortable to wear all day long. I ordered in my normal size (9.5 M) and had no issues. I purchased my first pair in Navy, but then loved them so much, I decided to purchase them in Black as well. I have my eye on a few more colors,

I love how comfortable these shoes are. I got the red ones and they add a nice pop of color to any outfit without being too much.I read some reviews about the shoes being a bit smaller than expected so I ordered half a number up from what I usually wear. Although they were a bit snug when I first tried them on, they no longer feel snug, they feel perfect. I wouldn't even say I had to break into them. Like I said, they were just a bit snug but fine, so I am just mentioning that in case you have the same experience, so you don't worry.They are a little pricey for such a relatively simple shoe but it is well made and I have been wearing them a lot and probably will,

Can't decide if to give them 2 stars or 5 stars.... They are sooooo comfortable! And light! They should really get 5 stars, but there's one issue - the material got discoloured really quickly! I have the blue (NVY) pair and it was about 2 weeks into using them that I noticed they became a little pinkish. Then I thought it was only a matter of light reflection, yet it stayed the way it was and got worse over the months of use. Shame, really!!! I wish the colour lasted longer. At the moment I don't feel confident buying a new pair as this may happen again. I am very disappointed... or heart broken I would say, as I loved them from the first fit!I only hope that the pair a child got for free lasted longer (colour-wise)!When it comes to the size,

I was so nervous about getting these, I took them in and out of the cart like seven times before buying. When I got them they arrived in a Toms box, not a bag like some people have showed here on the reviews. The inserts are really comfortable and Toms tags are sewed right so I believe they are the real thing and not a knock off. When I first got them i felt like they were really tight and putting them on took some effort but after giving them - chance over two weeks they have really stretched to the size. So my advice would be to not be annoyed or worried about it and just try them before returning and to get the half size and not the next size up because they are made from canvas and that

I have wanted a pair of TOMS for quite a while. Like most people, I love their one-for-one shoe gifting program. But I had also heard from many people that they were the most comfortable shoes you could find. I had my doubts on that front, but I wanted to give them a try.I purchased them a week before my trip to Africa. I wore them on the plane (even though I had severe ankle-swelling during the flight, they were still comfy), sight-seeing, mall-walking, out in the bush and on game drives. They were ideal in every circumstance. For three weeks, I basically only took them off to sleep.They are so dirty and worn in now - but I'll just hand-wash them and they'll be good to go!

I live in Saudi Arabia where No TOMS shoes are sold ..I got this for my sister and she is super pleased with it ..It came with a nice box and looked so new I felt jealous that it was for my sister !!She says she is extremely happy with it and that it is very comfortable ..Three times people stopped my sister to inquire about the shoes and I told them proudly that I got it from Amazon because it is not avaulable in the whole Arab world !!When we went to France in July we found Toms in a place in the Champs-Elysees and we bought the glittering TOMSI got the golden and she got the silver ..Everywhere we go ..people ask us about the shoes ..Please TOMS open some shops in the Arabs countries it is

When they arrived I could barely fit my feet into them (and I am a 4.5 so it was surprising for a size 5) however they do stretch and ease up on the tightness and I've had to 'break them in' wearing socks and prancing around the house trying to loosen them up. I emailed the seller and they said something ridiculous about it being my own fault that I hadn't taken into account that TOM's are an American brand and I should order my size in the American size. Which, makes no sense. I've had a few pairs of TOM's before and never had this problem nor have I been told to order in an American size (even though the size guide comes up as UK sizing, why would I assume it was incorrect?).Anyway, good shoes,

These shoes have witchcraft-like properties. I bought a 5, having been a 5 for my entire life and found I couldn't get them on my feet without a lot of struggling, which flummoxed the dog as I got ready for a walk. They turned my feet numb once I got them on - so very, very tight.I googled frantically, and was basically told to grin and bear it. I grimaced and bore it.3 hours later, I have shoes which slip on and fit my feet perfectly. They're SO comfy. Either they contained some shrinking powder and my feet are now tiny, or they've stretched to mould to my feet. Amazing.The only negatives are the initial pain, and the very strong smell of the dye, which fades too. And apparently socks are definitely needed,

I LOVE TOMS. I have atleast 6-7 different pairs and it's perfect for the summer. It's literally the only shoe brand that doesn't give me shoe blisters.The black one looks lovely. All black on the outside, including the sole; which looks really classy. On the inside, the sides of the canvas is a multicolored, striped print. The inside soles are brown with the name of the company imprinted.I have narrow feet, so the shoes fit me fine and give me some wiggle room too. Shoe fit was as expected. Since these shoes are made of cloth/canvas, they don't last long. Typically last me a year (of everyday use), but they make up for longevity with comfort. Plus, amazon's price is a lot more discounted.

I ordered these,not expecting much out of a shoe with a soft sole.The inside has a nice leather piece that really molds to fit your foot.It has wonderful support,which I certainly wasn't expecting.Because the inside is fabric,I would not advise using these shoes if it is raining or wet outside.Be sure if you aren't wearing socks with your TOMS to clean your feet off before every use or you will have smelly,dirty shoes that are uncomfortable to wear in no time.It is VERY important to know that,over time,your shoes will stretch out.I typically wear a 10 in shoes but I chose to order mine a half size smaller.Upon receiving them,they did fit rather snug,but after only a few wears they fit perfectly.I

Perfect pair of flats! The reviews made me iffy because people had reported getting knock-off TOMS from certain buyers. In this case, since Amazon is not TOMS authorized, you have to be careful which seller you are going to use to make your purchase (READ SELLER REVIEWS). But since I got the real deal, I'm very impressed. This is my first pair of TOMS and they are extremely comfortable. I usually wear an 8.5 but I bought a size 9 because I heard about the shoes stretching out. Not a fan of stretching, so I think in most cases, go a size up if you want to avoid a tight fit. This is a shoe you can wear all day.

Lovely shoes - simple but stylish for summer. I ordered the grey ones which I really love, although they are a very brownish grey and some may consider them to be brown not grey at all! I take UK size 7 and initially ordered 7 but they were just too tight. My feet are average width I’d say but I could barely get them on. So I decided to return them and go one size up. The 8 are much better although are still quite snug across the top of my foot and aren’t particularly easy to get on and off, but feel fine when they’re on. Hopefully this will improve with time as I am told they stretch and end up fitting really well.
