This is a great product for laptops in my opinion. I used this on my Razer Blade pro 2019 which was overheating to around 100c during Modern Warfare gameplay. After I put this on it dropped to about 80c. Just as an FYI I do use throttlestop to cap my 9750h to 50 watts and it still is hitting 4ghz on all cores nearly maxed out. One last thing is it is very easy to tear so be careful and make proper measurements the first time because it’s not a lot.

You have to trim it to size and there was nothing to hold it in place. Its ok when placed with the motherboard flat facing up but it would be hard placing it when the motherboard was in an upright position.I still liked it and would use it again, since it doesn't wear out and is reusable I will be able to

Adhesion is a misnomer. I just lay the cloth on top of the heat spreader and bolt down the cooler. Could not be easier and is reusable. Low temps prove it is as good as premium CPU paste. Very pleased. No more cleaning old compound off CPUs at regular intervals to maintain proper cooling.

Prime 95 small FFTs no memory testing (max heat) gets this CPU up to like 75c on a Kraken x72 AIO. Normal load 35-40c - 50c for games. Works great will continue to work great indefinitely.
