Very sturdy bag, comfy straps. Bought the XS and used it as my only luggage for a 10-day holiday (albeit with access to washing machine). Everything fitted nicely, though the lack of an extra end-pocket delimits your options a bit - I use those to separate shoes or liquids from the rest and do miss it here. There's an outside zippered pocket that will fit a small phone or some cards and cash, but beware that when the bag is packed out this becomes harder to access. It's worth to mention that there are quite a few loops on the bag where you can hook things onto - I've used these for a water bottle, jacket, or umbrella.

Great product as expected from The North Face. Robust build quality and the perfect size. I use it to put a motorcycle jacket and trousers in for when I’m riding to pick up a pillion rider and it works brilliantly. It comes with a neat little ‘stuff sack’ too which is very useful.The only niggle is that there are no ‘normal’ carrying handles, it either small fixed handles on each side and each end or the shoulder straps.

The best quality bag I have ever owned. It is very tough, the lining is thick and waterproof on the inside / outside. Opens on the side so you don’t have to reach down to find things like you would in a usual bag. I would highly recommend this bag and it is 100% worth the money. It will last forever!

Great backpack, which looks very good too. Even size XS offers enough space, e.g. for sports equipment. A star deduction, because the zipper sometimes makes problems when opening or closing and does not work smoothly.

Exactly what you expect from North Face fantastic quality. One of the pictures is misleading is doesn’t have a end storage compartment for wet gear or shoes .

Great service and delivery from the company but the Duffel bag hasn't been used on fieldwork yet. A review later in the year would be more worthwhile.
