Exceptional value for money and stacks of content because you're getting two games in one, House of 1000 Doors 1 & 2. Installing the game was simple, took a couple of minutes; insert the disc into your computer and follow a few basic commands. The game runs well on Windows 7 with no glitches or bugs. Graphics are excellent and audio quality good overall. Both games are complex. Much more than a series of flat puzzles. I enjoyed the back story there's plenty of mystery to keep you hooked. I was also impressed by the amount of movement. You're travelling through a lot of different locations, riding on trains, etc., so there's none of that awful wandering back and forwards through scenes you've already completed to get to the next level.

have just finished the 1st game & really enjoyed it. only 15 mins into the 2nd one,but so far,so good. plenty of locations to visit,nice wee storyline & good graphics. interactive map is brilliant,click on a room/location to go straight there & can see at a glance which rooms have clues still to be solved. (very handy)okay,so it's not the most difficult game out there,but after a days work,i don't want to spend hours working out clues,so suited me just fine. as for the reviewer who said it was completed in 10 mins.......impossible. far too many rooms to visit/minigames to play. if you're looking for a relaxing game that takes a couple of nights or so & isn't too taxing,then buy this.

This is one of the best (if not THE best!) hidden object games I've ever played! Very intriguing use of the objects obtained, and the hidden objects themselves weren't all that easy to find - you had to use one with another, or they were hidden inside something, making the actual hidden object sequences, mini games in themselves! It took me ages and ages to complete, and when I eventually got to the bonus level, I found that that was nearly as long as the game itself! Marvellous, with hours and hours of really entertaining fun. An object you got near the beginning of the game, was used about three quarters of the way through etc., which left you wondering - now what do I need one of those for?!!!!

Two games for the price of one and both excellent.Didn't think much of the pulsating objects as you really need keen eyesight. But apart from that both games are great.I had to make loads of notes throughout the game, so pencil at the ready. I hate it when games are so short but making these necessary notes made the game longer and more interesting. No walkthrough provided but with a little brain power, you get there in the end.Definitely recommend it.

I spend a long time looking for point and click games that are not over the top on hidden object as i get bored very quickly, but this game has just the right formula for search and find, as you you need to perform task in order to find some of the items on the search screen, there are lots of mini puzzles that have no real difficulty level, more you just need the right item to do them, but all in all with 2 for the price of one i think its a winner

I was given this game for Christmas and it's one of the best hidden object games that I have seen since Ravenhearst. The puzzles are do-able, just take a bit of patience, the graphics are excellent and the scenes beautiful, the game is a good length. There is an on-board strategy guide if you get stuck and bonus levels on each game. I found it not too challenging but engrossing and would definitely recommend that you give it a go.

Not for the shoot 'em kill 'em gamers. It is just a find and click game with a mystery storyline. I just love the puzzle element. Any game that tests your brain wins every time for me. It's not taxing by any means and is more of a memory improvement game. Like I said, not for everyone but if you like finding things then this is a game you may like. I was pleased with the delivery time and the price was fair as well.

This is one of the best Hidden Object Games I have played and believe me I own a lot!! It is just at the right level between the hidden object games and the mini games. The mini games are good not repetitive and a few of them are quite challenging.The story line is quite clever and the graphics are okay. Like the whole idea as a concept. I shall be looking for more games in the same genre.MargieAvid game player

when everyone is looking for value i just knew this was going to be the one. Each one of the games comes with a bonus game which is almost as long as as the main titles so this is like having FOUR games, Once id been through them all, i started over again they were that engrossing,with its storyline and sharp clear graphics. FOCUS games are allways quick and simple to load thats why i allways stay with them.

before purchasing any game i always read the reviews. i reckon reviews are left by like-minded people. i was not disappointed. from the minute i began playing this game, i was lost in it. a wee bit challenging at times but that's what makes games interesting. i just loved it and have recommended it to a few friends and family. excellent game. well worth the money and as usual, great service.

Great value for money, the bonus games are so long that this is virtually 4 games. The concept is great and offers endless opportunities for follow up games. There was a great deal of toing and froing, which I loved, rather that being taken through a procession of pre-dictated screens. Some of the mini games were rather easy but still enjoyable. Would give this 10 stars (5 for each game)

I was looking for a totally different game from card games and I did not like killing games, The House of 1000 doors was absorbing and additive, I enjoyed it very much and now looking for similar games.The only thing I would have changed was the skip button on the mini games, I just felt that I needed a nudge to show me what to do; a hint button would have been more helpful.

These two games while on the same theme were based on very different stories. A clever idea to have a house which moves and constantly changes is avery good basis for a series. I found the stories clever and gripping and puzzles and hidden objects lurked behind some, but not all of the doors! With two games in one, good value for the money.

good value, two extra games which made up for the speed I played the main game. The game itself was good but some things were never actually explained and I was left wondering about but the puzzles were good as well and there was lots to keep me amused, would defo buy again or recommend.

This game was easy to install, if you like games with hidden objects to find this will keep you hooked. If you want to keep your brainactive this is the one for you. I don't give five stars easily but this game I think deserves them. It also arrived a day earlier than expected.
