This is a well made and robust stand. It's certainly sturdy and the dual height option is a real advantage for taller people.It is also quite deep, this combined with it's inherent strength leads me to assume it is designed for a CRT monitor - so for a lightweight LCD screen it is perhaps a bit too deep. It does however provide a useful shelf to store those odds and ends (USB memory sticks, etc etc).I don't use the slide out tray - other than for (yes you guessed it) more storage space. The main reason is that I more often than not take my MacBook with me when not at the desk so don't need it. The base plate though does provide that solidity & stability.

I have tried several phone cases but none of them are much good at standing. This is brilliant and works perfectly with phone or tablet. It is solid, sturdy and can take being dropped. It offers two different positions and it is not an eyesore. Forget the Apple reference...it works with most. If you want a phone case buy a good one and if you want a stand, buy this. ?

I bought this to use with a 26" LCD tv and cable box in a bedroom, not a lot of space. It's well made very sturdy and adjustable and easy to assemble. The slide out lap top shelf doubled as the cable box shelf, the whole set up is easy on the eye, or my wife would have had none of it. Excellent value for money and quick delivery too.

Bought one about a year ago for my wife after finding it discounted in local supermarket. It is the simplest design and does its one job brilliantly. Kept looking for another but couldnt find one until I saw this on amazon, cooldnt buy it quick enough.. excellent product best stand there is !

My son uses this to put his Nintendo DS on while he records it, for Youtube. Good bit of kit but needed to raise it up a bit for the DS sound output as a 90 degree sound lead hits the table.

Works great. Nothing special. I am using it with an iPad mini. I am only giving it 4 stars. Its not a perfect product. I am still searching for the ultimate stand for iPad mini / Nexus 7.

Terrific little stand for your iPhone. Not as good for the iPad, as it's too slanted. If you talk on speaker, faceTime, Skype, etc . . . This is perfect.

This will be a great addition to my desk. It arrived in a day and is quite lovely. Highly recommend, so much so, I have just ordered another for home!

Great item, really sturdy, ideal for PC screen. Would recommend, adjustable height useful. Fast delivery, goog price and good communication.

It is good and sturdy, and high enough (at max height) for a long-necked person like me to see the screen at eye level. Recommended.

Excellent iPad holder or any tablet of any size. Has a nice weight to it though not to heavy to slide in a laptop bag.

Incredibly handy for using my tablet as a laptop (with a bluetooth keyboard). Good quality, nice looking, portable.

is suitable for kindle fire as well, great when watching movies via lovefilm. quite robust but nit too heavy either
