I've been using these pens today for line-drawn illustrations on glass tiles, and I'm really very impressed. The ink dries quickly and doesn't smudge when you accidentally brush over it with your skin. You can make a determined effort to wipe it off with a dry finger and it really has no effect. Only when you use a damp cloth or run water over it is the ink effortlessly removed.One thing though: Stædler describe the tips as 'medium - 1.0mm' but in practice they are actually slightly finer tipped than Sharpie's 'fine - 0.9mm' markers. Not a problem for me. I just thought it was worth mentioning. I do intend to buy the fine tipped (0.6mm)

These are what are used in the field by military forces. We use them for marking locations, routes on laminated maps. Quite frankly, you can use a permanent marker and a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, but the reliability isn't the same. I've been using these in the snow, rain, and in some of the windiest weather I've encountered, and these haven't let up, while Sharpies have.If you're looking for replaceable kit, then go get Sharpies. These are definitely more reliable, albeit a bit more expensive.

I bought these to go with my Nyrex / Nirex folder for when I have to give a set of Orders on Annual Camp & weekends with the Army Cadet Force. They're really handy to write stuff onto the plastic pages, then simply wipe off when done - ready for next time.The pens are simple to use & give effective results. The different colours are also handy for main & sub headings, & the red stands out when including safety points.Inexpensive, effective & simplistic. Highly recommended.

bought these to write on the michelin laminated maps. Have used 3 times now and they work great. Leave to dry for a few seconds, and it stays.to remove, hardish dry rub with thumb (leaves streaks) or with paper hanky. Otherwise damp paper hanky for complete clean, dry hanky to finish off and away to go again.I read that people were having trouble finding a marker to use with the laminated maps, I can highly recommend these.

Excellent product that I've used for many years! The markers take a very long time to dry out if stored properly - I've had some for over 5 years now that still work perfectly. Easy to wipe away, and getting a pack like this with an extra black marker is wonderful! I barely ever used the green one anyways and am much happier to have an extra black one to share with others when needed.

I'm giving these pens a 4 star because they will too thick to be able to write on paper but I guess perfect for a whiteboard. They have a medium sized nib and staedlter are a good make unlike some cheapies available. Came in a nice case as well.

They arrived within 24hrs without paying for special delivery and were in perfect working order, there was a red one a blue and a green one and a black one in a case as seen. The Review required minimum number of words!

I got these for drawing wipe clean maps for Dungeons and Dragons. They resist light smudging, so are great for drawing large maps ahead of time and comes off really easily with a damp tissue. I'd buy again.

I use these for writing / drawing on vinyl gaming mats as they need wet wipe markers. These are proving increasingly difficult to get hold of due to OHP's being replaced by digital projectors.

Work great with my DnD mat, which is what most people buy them for. Can see myself using them for a long time into the future, and although they are a bit pricey they hold up.

These are a good size for small white boards and transperencies. I have also tried the finer Lumocolour pens, but found them to be to fine for writing with.

these pens are great value for money and have a good tip on them. colours are strong. Do what they are supposed to!
