I enjoy this womanly anti-fat contraption!It helps put my stomach flub in place, and narrows my waist/silhouette just a bit.Don't expect miracles, and don't expect that it can help you fit into a garmet that's too small for you, but it's great to have a little helping hand and structure under a dress to suck in my flub just that extra bit. Also, feels GREAT for the back and to help my posture.It DOES roll down a tiny bit, but not all the way down, and not far enough that I would stop wearing it. It's just a minor annoyance.I'm 5"5 and 140 and Medium JUST fits. I expect if I go up to 145 or above, this size wouldn't work for me.Gussetted/hook and eye crotch makes bathrooming a little easier.

I am five ft five inches 150 lbs and need something to help me look slimmer as I continue to lose weight. I was hoping for a full sculpting and slimming effect since this is a brand you hear about on celebs using for red carpets. I measure my waist before and after trying this on. It reduced my stomach protrusion by 1 inch. So nothing drastic, but it does actually do something to you. It does smooth your tummy out and make you feel secure and tucked in. I will keep it since it does actually reduce my tummy by one inch. However I think the level of scupture I want can only be done by a corset. BTW the button crotch is barely noticeable and I was able to slide it down easily.

Following surgery, I have been wearing compression garments for 22 hours a day for three months. Hands down, this Spanx garment has been my favorite. I was first fitted with this one at a department store. It was $20 more than Amazon. I have had no issues with the fabric rolling unless I was particularly swollen. I think people who have this issue have bought one that is too small. I would have given this 5 stars except for one aspect where this one differs from the three I purchased from the department store: the hook and eye closure at the crotch is different from the department store version and is somewhat difficult.

When i opened the parcel these looked tiny, struggled getting them on lol but they do what they say, perfectly! So chuffed with this buy. ...after recently having a baby, obviously wanting to hide some lumps and bumps on nights out/special occasions they are perfect...these give me so much confidence was worth the squeeze lol I'm usually a size 10/12 ordered a medium... verrry pricey, can't believe the price BUT they are already worth it I know I'll be wearing it on nights out for a long time....they will be my best friend on nights out lol

Really doesn't roll down much. A little bit, but I am not constantly having to pull it up as I do with other styles. I don't even feel like I need to use the loops around the bra that secure it up. Other reviewers also complained of bulkiness at the crotch, but I don't notice it at all! I love that it has the hooks there. Other pairs of Spanx that I own have a hole in the crotch, but it's way too difficult to ensure no dripping at all on the garment, so I always end up having to take it completely off.

First pair of higher end Spanx purchased for under a bridesmaid dress... very light material, comfortable, no crushing feeling that a lot of these products have so big thumbs up. Purchased a medium... I wear a size 14-16... bum area seemed to have a lot of excess material but I have got a flat backside... pulling them up a bit more helps! Abbit on the pricey side mind you... but absolutely did the job, and I’m sure will be worn in future.

Holds everything in nicely without being overly tight, however, the back rolls down on me. Maybe I should've went up a size? Not sure. The hook and eye closure at the crotch isn't bothersome for me, however, I won't use it to use the restroom. I think it'd be easier to just take the whole thing down and back up rather than messing with the closure.

I feel so sexy with these! I had a baby a year ago by c section and I have a hangover over and with these on you can’t even tell.... they are so worth it! I really do recommend these.... I’m a size 18 and I have a size 16 skirt with these on it’s too big.... I really love them they make me feel so sexy

These are pretty great at providing compression. The style at the bottom my husband referred to as granny panty. I do have another brand that is thong at bottom but that provides the lady part wedgies as well. This is WAY more comfortable.Bought a medium 5'2" 150#, fits well

After sending several similar items back i bit the bullet and ordered these. They are quite expensive, but I am so pleased I did. You get what you pay for. I love them and the quality is obvious once you see/feel/ware them. I will be ordering more

When i first opened these i thought i would never get into them, but i was pleasently surprised. they were comfortable and did exactly what i wanted them to do. I wore them the next night under a slim fitting dress and and forgot i had them on.

Very good at sucking you in and smoothing you out. Only negative is that it can roll down a bit which can be annoying, the tiny straps you get with it that you have to hook around your bra are useless.

I didn't think these would work at first as they did take some pulling up into place but once they were they did exactly what they say they do, pull in the lumps & bumps & give you a lovely figure.

Wish I had invested in a pair of these sooner. Excellent control and you can see the difference in your shape. A little on the expensive side but worth investing.

First time trying spanx and im amazed. For years ive had the dreaded overhang. These hide that and give me the confidence i need as well as being super light.
