Very realistic. Only slight downside is the fact that they use self-adhesive pads to stick the moustache on with. They lost their stickiness relatively quickly and I had to do some running repairs with double-sided tape. I think making sure the area above your lip is really clean and dry would help, or, alternatively, buy some theatrical glue and stick it on with that. I've kept it to use again with that in mind.
