Tghis game is not available in UK shops. Scouring the internet brought it up at Amazon. Delivery very prompt from germany and well packaged. It is an excellent game (but nobody has any control over that). I have devised a variation that you may like after trying the standard game. Make two of the piles start with 12 and count down while the other two as standard start at 1 and count up. Another variation, when any pile gets to 6 (going up or down) the person to next play chooses whether to play the next correct card or change direction and lay the appropriate card. This decision is made at the point of play not in advance. It certainly add fun.You may need to mark the piles up/down unless you all have a brilliant memory and wish to avoid claims that the pile was going not down!! Have fun.

This game was introduced to the family by the grandparents six months ago. We had already been hooked on Rummy-o for two years and didn't need a new game, but they claimed Skip Bo was even better?! Not likely, -but we had to give it a go and the rest is history! Skip Bo is for the entire family the best game ever. You can take it with you every were and you can even decide approximately how long the game will last. So there will always be time for a quick game.We have never taken much interest in games in this family, but we make an exception for Skip Bo, and Rummy-o which is now a good number two. Both games are played several times a week by the whole family, aged 6 -86. Excellent value for money!Got to go,the next door neighbour is demanding a game of Skip Bo!

A brilliant game! Simple but engaging. My 10 year old daughter and I have played a dozen times so far and she has won all but one! You can apply tactics but luck plays an element too. It can be quite long with 2 players but you're busy throughout so there's no time to get bored! Suitable for all ages; no maths involved as you are simply counting up to 12 over and over again. The winner is the one who gets rid of their pile of cards first, so no totalling up at the end either. Winner all round! We love it so much we've bought two more for presents for an 8 and 9 year old. If you love Uno, you'll love Skipbo. The main difference between the two is that you need a surface to play on. love it!

Skip-Bo is a game that can be enjoyed by all the family, whatever their age. In fact, my 6 year old taught me how to play it. This game seems very difficult to get hold of in the UK, which explains why the instructions are not in English. Whatever language they are in, we are very grateful to Annikhali for selling it via Amazon. For a set of instructions in English, simply Google "Skip-Bo Instructions" and you will be able to find them without any problems at all. In an age of insula computers and games, I would thoroughly recommend this game as a way of periodically bringing the family back together for some fun. We all love it!

Several members of my family now have this game as we have each introduced it to each other. It is easy to play and enjoyable for children and adults alike. My youngest being 9 when first introduced to it. So gald that it is now available on Amazon as previously very hard to find in this country. Basic object is to clear all of your pack of cards by placing them on numerically increasing packs set in the middle of the table. The challenge being to do this whilst making if difficult for the other players to do the same. Small packaging makes it easy to travel with and it is a firm favourite on family holidays for this reason.

Enjoyed by players aged 9 through to 60. We have played with 3 and 6 players. Quite a few rules to learn on your first game, which can be a little off putting, but actually only takes one game to get the hang of it. Mostly a game of luck though (some basic strategy, but not much), but that does mean that it is suitable for a variety of ages. A lot of shuffling required throughout the game. Fun, but we prefer Uno and 6nimmt.

I got this game as a gift and since brought it for others, it's so easy to play and addictive. Gets quite competitive and you can keep playing for hours.Great if you enjoyed uno, this is just a step up version. Recommend for 2 players too as sometimes hard to find a game that doesn't get boring or long. Usually play in fours though and just add more cards like the instructions say. Recommend to all!

This a fabulous game, good for most ages, child (8 or 10 yo) up to elderly adult. Fairly simple to play, but lots of strategy involved to keep adults entertained. This has been one of my favorite games to play since my daughter received it as a gift as a child.I bought this one as a gift for a 60+ year old friend who loved playing it with me. Now he and his wife will have their own! =)

The game itself is really fun and was recommended to me by a friend. I was really disappointed by the packaging though. They were sold as new and certainly cost enough, but the box was ripped and looked really tatty. The cards inside were wrapped in cellophane so they were fine but for something new I was disappointed. Thankfully they were not for a gift or I could not have given these.

Skip-Bo is a great game that we love. We have introduced our own variation as it creates a little more fun and complexity. Rather than four 'Building' piles starting from '1' and ascending to '12' in our variation we have two piles starting at '1' ascending to '12', and two piles starting at '12' descending to '1'. The additional variety makes us think just a little harder.

I absolutely love this game.I got my fisrt pack nearly 10 years ago and i am still playing with the same pack. OK so it is now falling apart but that is 10 years of hard game playing. This game has made such an impact with my friends and family i have brought one as a gift. I love this game.It is a little confusing at first but after a few games you will have it sussed.

We bought this game as a prelude to holidays with friends who have younger boys (6-11) on the recommendation of a friend. What a great game! It combines simplicity with a good level of strategy, giving interest across a very wide age range. We had so much fun on the rather too common wet days of this British "summer". I urge you to try it.

The instructions try to be helpful, but seem slightly complicated, but once you play the first hand, it is so simple and can be played with children and adults. This has kept up entertained on dark Covid nights and now have two other households playing it!FYI - we shuffle in the piles that reach 12 every time to mix up the cards better.

My family played this years ago but lost the cards at some point. Then played it again with friends recently. It's easy to learn, quite addictive and playing time can be shortened if required. It's not easily found in shops and online is very expensive for a small pack of cards, which is why I've only given it 4 stars. However t's great fun!

I met skip-bo for the first time four years ago and fell in love with it at the first game. This is a great strategy card game that is suitable for the whole family. If you can count to 12 you can play skip-bo.It is good for both a relaxing game or a stimulating mind work-out.I would highly recommend skip-bo to anyone and everyone.
