Delivery came on time on the allotted day and with good communication from the delivery drivers.We purchased this in November 2019 and it is the most comfortable bed I've purchased. We were worried as we both like a firm mattress and were concerned about it sinking in the middle or at the edges. Three months later and its so comfy! No back pain, a much better night's sleep, and the storage drawers are very handy.The slate fabric looks smart enough that we haven't got a valance sheet over the divan, just a fitted sheet on the mattress. We got one of the slate fabric matching headboards (the plain one) and it gives a tidy look for the room. I'd recommend this bed and mattress to friends.

Pure Bliss, the mattress on this bed is just so comfy you just don't want to get up in the morning. It's really supportive but soft, I suffer a lot of aches and pains with arthritis but it's been a lot better with this bed, the best nights sleep in years. I was worried about buying without trying it, but couldn't ask for a better bed. The base is also good quality.

I bought this bed 2 weeks ago and have never slept so well. My husband suffers with a bad back and this has really helped. Very comfortable and looks good. Excellent delivery service and easy to set up. Couldn't be happier with our purchase, highly recommend.

I read the reviews and this bed has not disappointed, best nights sleep i’ve had in 4 years! very comfortable! No aches and pains on waking. It looks luxurious too (added benefit!)
