the bed is amazing had the best night sleep in ages it a high bed which is easier to get in and out ...great value...the only disapointment was the delivery... I was to get a two hour window to dismantle and remove my old bed ...that never happened and having a diability it was a challenge but the bottom line is the bed is fantastic

It's meant to be medium firm but I find it's very hard and uncomfortable, I had to put a memory foam topper on it, I took a gamble because it's made by silentnight but I suggest stick to the brand's you know and definately try before you buy

I bought this 3 days ago and I haven't had a good nights sleep yet. Its like sleeping on the floor its rock hard my husband says the same we have now got back pain
