Great product and very reasonably priced! Dramatically improved our sleep from the first night and proved my Missus wrong in doubting the quality. It feels quite slim although the 5cm thickness stated in the Product Description, maybe closer to 3.5-4cm actual. We have definitely noticed the topper is additionally warming up the bedding, so please keep this in mind before buying. It is also machine washable (personally tested at 1400 rpm) and air-dries easily.I highly recommended this product!

When i took it out of the bag my immediate thought was.. this isnt going to do nothing!.. however i was wrong. Its made an amazing difference to the bed, its much much softer and cosier. Its on a new bed, just needed a bit of softness whilst the bed softens a bit and it has worked really well.. i will leave it on permanently. I got double bed size it fits perfect and the straps are very sturdy and stay in place. Very good buy, i would recommend it. passed the cat test too he is well impressed

As a side sleeper I needed something to reduce the hardness of a mattress to prevent pressure points. I haven't slept as well in a long time!It wasn't my 1st choice but nothing I want is ever in stock at Argos, however I am not disappointed. Obviously, results depend on the application. It can't turn an extra firm bed into a soft one, so approach with realistic expectations to avoid disappointment. The corner strapping works, preventing unwanted movement. One inch thicker would be perfect.

My boyfriend had complained about my mattress being lumpy and uncomfortable, and he never slept well when he visited. I couldn't really afford to replace my old mattressDecided to try out a mattress topper, and I will be honest, I was skeptical how well it would work, especially when I saw how thin it was. Well boy was I surprised! Genuinely made a massive difference to my bed, which is now warm, soft and comfortable to sleep in. Cheap and effective way to improve the quality of your bed!

I bought this mattress topper due to being given a faulty bed that broke straight away!! Myself and my partner had sleepless nights due to how uncomfortable our bed was and being a student nurse unpaid did not have the money for a whole new bed. Since buying this mattress topper we have had the best few weeks of sleep ever it’s bouncy and feels like your lying on a cloud. I would 100% recommend this to anyone, it is great value for money and allows you to have a fantastic nights sleep!!!

I got to the stage where I was desperate for a new mattress as mine has become very uncomfortable and I started to wake up aching... after looking through the internet and seeing how expensive mattresses are I then decided to try a mattress topper, these were also expensive for anything which looked remotely comfy until I came across this product from Argos, the price is more than worth what you get back, although my bed could still probably do with a new mattress, this certainly helps.

Bought a superb orthopaedic mattress, trouble is it's so firm it causes me pressure pains because of my multiple sclerosis, but need the support of the mattress. Hence buying this mattress topper to provide a comfortable layer of softness without losing the support benefits of the main mattress. This topper makes such a difference to my comfort and sleep. It holds its shape, springs back, stays securely fixed and the mesh does provide air flow. I now get some sleep, always comfortable.

I bought this because I have a bad back (slipped lower disc). Two years ago I bought a new bed with a medium/firm mattress which turned out to be firmer than concrete, and it's never softened. I was waking in night with backache and lies in impossible because of discomfort. Yes this topper is like sleeping on a comfy quilt, but it was just what I needed, a firm bed but with padded comfort. Well worth the spend now I get a full nights sleep! Also no sign of night sweats or over heating.

My husband & me have been struggling to get a good night's sleep & waking with aching neck & shoulders with my husband also complaining of a headache, & automatically assumed it was our pillows. We have bought so many new pillows only to find it never cured anything. I saw this item & read reviews & bought one as a last resort. wow! What a difference. It works wonders. It looks very thin but is surprisingly snuggly & has completely changed our mattress for the better. Five *'s plus!

We bought this because our memory foam topper kept wrinkling and causing lumps in our bed. Originally I was going to replace it, but after thinking the new topper didn't look very plush decided to try it kept on. The topper is in fact completely adequate on its own but also works well over our memory foam. Its hypoallergenic and has air flow(memory foam gets quite hot). It feels like it slips around a tiny bit when i move in bed but nothing drastic and stays in place overall

We currently had a memory foam topper on our mattress from Ikea as it was a little firm as I was suffering from back pain across my shoulders. The memory foam topper stopped that but then I started getting pain in my lower back. We changed the mattress topper for this one and within a couple of days my back pain has gone. It feels a lot comfier when I get into bed and has been a godsend. Not as thick as I thought but don't let this put you off. Made a huge difference for me.

Ultimately if you want a softer bed, you're going to need to buy a new mattress. That being said, this has added a softness to my mattress, and taken the edge of slightly. It's like lying on top of a duvet. The quality of the product is good, and it possibly is more effective on sofa beds or similar thin mattresses. Overtime I suspect it will be less effective, and act more like a mattress protector. But it was certainly cheaper than buying a new mattress at this point!

Bought this mattress topper as our new mattress was just a little too firm for me. This has made the mattress perfect. It's so comfy and does exactly as described. I was concerned about buying a foam topper as I really struggle when I get too hot in the night and foam is notorious for that. This one is perfect, it has been designed to let air pass through it, allowing body heat to escape. Also the elastic straps for the corners are ideal to help keep the topper in place.

I bought this to provide a softer layer over an overly firm coiled sprung mattress. I have pain in my lower spine through wear and tear and this cushions my body very well. No more pain at night! However, a pocket sprung mattress would be a better long term solution for me as it would provide better adaptive support for the curvature of my spine. As an inexpensive temporary measure this is great! PS. I am 14st. A heavier or lighter person might not have same experience!

I have recently bought a new mattress which is a bit too firm so desperately needed something to add an extra layer of comfort. The mattress topper has definitely made a difference to the overall comfort of the new mattress.. Beforehand, I was waking up in the early hours of the morning with terrible back pain but this eased considerably after just one night. I am now sleeping so much better and just wish I'd bought the topper sooner before my back pain became so bad.
