I had trouble finding a suitable bottle for cycling as the only ones available via cycling outlets appear to be plastic. These are good for 99% of cyclists it seems but I find the odour and taste given off by the polymer unpalatable. Presumably those volatile compounds are also in the water and therefore ingested. I do wonder about the health issues there. Sigg don't make too much of the suitability of these for cycling but I can confirm the one I bought fits the bottle cage nicely. These are 750ml rather than the standard 500ml so fill as required depending on how long you're out. Water is untainted and smells/tastes perfect.
