The rotor is lighter and has a bit more of an open structure than the cheaper Shimano rotors and it runs true with minimal lateral wobble. The center lock is easier to fit than the 6 bolt but that is mainly down to the hub you have unless you use adapters. Once bedded in (a couple of hard braking sessions down a steep hill speeds up this process) the braking is positive and consistent and with little or no squeal in wet weather. Not the cheapest rotor you can buy but by no means expensive for the quality you get.

These SMRT64 rotors are a real step up from the lower models. They are the first model in the Shimano rotor range that both have forged center splines (the lower models have a pressed sheet metal center piece) and also the first in the range to be compatible with metal sintered pads. They are also lighter than lower models. At the price they are available here, they are a no-brainer upgrade.

Fairly bog-standard small-ish rotors. Not too light, but I put them on a tourer, so a few grams aren't a concern. They work well, and are quiet. Can't say anything about the durability.

Arrived in original shimano box, perfectly true and included casette style locking ring. Perfect.

Shimano center-lock SM-RT64 discs a guarantee with Lockring TL-FC36 included, great!
