Our existing fridge worked but was getting a little tired looking and with our freezer in a spare bedroom thought the idea of a small freezer compartment in the kitchen fridge was a good idea. Not many to choose from but this one looked good in the pictures so decided to give it a try.First impression was quite good. It is described as "Colour Stainless Steel" and have seen, on other sites, it is shown as a painted finish. The sides are definitely painted as expected but the doors do look like genuine stainless steel. If they are not its the best stainless imitation finish I have seen. The chrome finished handles also look very good. Plenty of room to install under our standard height work tops and easy to level.The door compartment design is a little limited with restricted bottle height unless the small tray is removed but that is not totally unexpected as its a small fridge compartment. Wine bottles will lay on a shelf though so that takes care of the essentials. There have been comments that users could not work out where the egg tray fits. The answer is that it doesn't, it seems to be designed to just lay on a shelf and has been binned anyway as my chef wife does not keep her eggs in the fridge.In use it did at first seem a little tight for space compared with the last fridge but with a little planning we can get everything in that we need without too much cramming. Any minus points here are more than made up for by the freezer compartment which is more useful than we expected. It is a good size and is now the home of regularly used items such as frozen veg saving two up stairs trips, one to get them and the other to put them back. This leads to an unexpected bonus. occasionally perfectly good food gets thrown away as we remember, before we go to bed, that we have not put the package back in the upstairs freezer and it has now defrosted. No more problem as the little freezer is a useful temporary home until we next go up stairs. A small bonus is that I also have a "local" source of ice for my whisky without waiting the the ice machine.Conclusion is that we are perfectly satisfied with our purchase. It looks good, seems well made, is silent and although we were concerned about the capacity it has proved to be perfectly OK for the two of us. A bonus was that we ordered on a Saturday and it was delivered on Sunday morning. Other suppliers were not only more expensive but could not confirm a delivery day at time of order. Well done Amazon.

I bought this for its 4* freezer box. My old fridge couldn't keep ice cream solid, and needed defrosting every few weeks. I chose black to go with my 1985 Goldreif kitchen. I painted the area behind it black which made the spaces around it look much better.PROS:* Quiet - sometimes it is silent, and sometimes it hums gently. I live in a one bedroom flat, and my bedroom is next door to the kitchen. I keep both doors open all the time, and I can't hear the fridge from the bedroom.* Stylish good looks.* Seems to be solidly made with good detailing.* Large 4* freezer compartment.* Neat ice scraper tool.CONS:* The adjustable foot on the right is further forward than the left one (why?)and as you can see from the photo, is very visible. I painted it black, but I'd have preferred it to be level with the left adjustable foot and invisible from above.* I'd have preferred a little more fridge space and a smaller freezer part, but that's my personal view.* You do have to crouch to get things out of the fridge section.* The ice tray is small and rigid, but you can easily buy a better one. The egg tray doesn't have a home, but who keeps eggs in the fridge?NOTE: Russell Hobbs offers an extra year's guarantee if you register your fridge/freezer. It asks for the serial number which is on the back. I wasn't prepared to get the fridge out again, having levelled it nicely, got it symmetrical and touched up the paint beneath it, but luckily they were prepared to register the product without the number. I advise making a note of it before installing your f/f.Overall I think I'll be very happy with this fridge freezer.

We have a large (290 Litre) Russell Hobbs freezer in the garage and had a larder fridge in the kitchen. The lack of a freezer section in the larder fridge was getting to be a bit of a pain as Ice cream, Ice cubes etc. meant a trip outside to the garage.Our Russell Hobbs freezer has been going perfectly for the past five years so we have faith in the brand and this model suited our needs exactly.I was slightly concerned to read reports of damage to some of these on delivery but ours arrived in perfect condition and the delivery driver couldn't have been more helpful, carrying it straight through to our kitchen.We were originally quoted a delivery time of some two weeks but it arrived just twodays after ordering.It was allowed to settle before switching on and a few hours later the temperature in the fridge part was 2 degrees C and the freezer was at -18 C.The rack in the freezer door holds fourteen choc ices (My favourite) and there's a dished section in the bottom of the freezer compartment for collecting water during defrosting…Neat.The fridge door bottom rack holds two 4 pint milk containers along with two 500ml soda water bottles and plenty of space for butter and other stuff in the top racks.It's quite lightweight and easily pulled out by one person for cleaning etc.

I really love this fridge even though It took three attempts to have it delivered without damage, I think this was due to a combination of reasons, two of which being: the original courier being heavy handed and careless whilst transporting the fridge and secondly the fridge packaging, it only had a small section of foam on each corner edge, the rest only surrounded by a slightly flimsy cardboard box and plastic bag, hence the fridges were more easily damaged than they would have been with foam to surround the whole fridge within the box, anyway I was determined to receive one in good usable condition because frankly it's a lovely little fridge, looks great, fits great,cools perfectly and after seeing the first one (although the damage wasn't acceptable) I knew it was ideal. So with the assistance of Amazon customer services twice and a change of courier I'm glad to say I'm finally a very happy customer. I do recommend this fridge freezer its a winner. You can also change the side it opens from which worked out great for us.

Very happy with my new fridge freezer it arrived on time and in perfect condition. The product is exactly as described and actually looks better in reality than the pictures online which is something of a rarity in my experience. It didn't require any assembly, though was well packed with all the internal shelves taped so they weren't damaged during transit.Found the fridge freezer to be quieter than I had expected and slightly more accommodating space wise which were both pleasant surprises. This was of particular benefit for the freezer compartment which I have found very useful and certainly an improvement over other similar style fridge freezers I have seen.Would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a stylish,good quality fridge freezer with decent space at a great price.

Great fridge for a single person! It has even saved me money thanks to the much bigger freezer. I'm no longer shopping every week!I needed a bigger freezer compartment compared to the tiny ice boxes you get on other undercounter fridges. I live in a flat so i couldn't by a separate freezer.Mine did arrive damaged but this very small dent (1cm) was on the side so wasn't noticeable. Also had another issue were I thought the compressor was damaged, I left it standing for well over 24 hours but whenever the compressor kicked on there was this horrible loud ringing sound. Pulled the fridge out and the bracket the compressor sits on was loose, tightened up with plyers and problem solved.Despite this I still love my new fridge freezer,again saved me money by not having to buy as much as often.

I was slightly apprehensive when ordering, as a few of the other buyers had highlighted issues with dents and over freezing. I received the fridge in a remarkable 4 days, considering I live on Shetland that's very quick. Also a massive selling point for me was no postage and packaging. All the other comparable F/Freezers where asking for huge P&P.On opening, the FF was perfect, no dents, just all shiny and very good looking!! Plugged in, the FF was super quiet and quickly cooled down to desired level. I've had it for 2 weeks now and there's no discernible build up of ice. I've given 4 stars for energy efficiency but that's very much a guess as there are other FFs claiming a better energyefficiency.Overall I'm very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending.

I love this fridge.I use it for my home bar, so it’s full of beers and other drinks.It cools down very well! I was using almost the highest setting and my beverages were almost frozen so I had to reduce the cooling! (Which is great!)That means it will work beautifully in hot summer days.It is very silent too.Design is beautiful and you can easily change the doors to open to the other side.It’s thermodynamically very efficient to have the freezer separate from the fridge.The only negative is that the instruction manual doesn’t have pictures on how to change the doors. But it is a trivial job anyway.Will definitely keep on buying this great British products.

Don't have much space, so this size of this is ideal. Love the colour - this is what encouraged me to buy it when the old one broke down. The size of the freezer compartment is really useful - also the fact that it has a separate door from the fridge will make maintenance much easier. The fridge is fine, even if used by more than one person, as long as you don't try and store more than you really need at one time. Design-wise, it might be better if the two compartments were reversed, but delighted with it overall.

Got this small fridge for my new flat back in December, has been running 100% since without a hitch but have to admit I blew the lightbulb on day one because I didn't read the instructions first.Other than that the whole experience was 100% perfect but beware of delivery drivers some will not carry upstairs if you live in flat, my delivery driver was not happy about it even thou I mention it on paperwork for delivery company that I have a flat on first floor but we drag it up stairs but hard work.

I have had it for about 9 months and it’s been working great. No dripping water down the far end wall, meaning that items at the back of the shelves don’t freeze in place with lower temperatures. Ok to clean, pretty comparable to similar models. Humming noise is there but not over the top, and is mentioned in the description. Both the red colour and the chrome handles still look in very good condition, it’s visually a fun item to have in your kitchen, without it looking kitsch!

I started looking for undercounter fridges with freezer compartments but as soon as I saw this I knew it was the one!It’s more efficient due to the two separate doors. Which is great when you’re moving things in and out the fridge or freezer and not letting any heat in there. ive had bad experiences with those that only use one door and the freezer is up in the top corner. It’s also surprisingly spacious. Great for single people or I’d probably say couples too!

This is good in every way. It looks great, keeps things cold. Arrived on time etc.But as other reviewers have mentioned, you need to check carefully for damage.I checked, but not carefully. I've since discovered a small dent. Having thrown the packaging away and having more important things to focus on, I'm not going to pursue the matter.This appears to be a common issue, so i suggest taking the time to check it thoroughly. Other than that, it's cool.

Great little fridge with good sized frozen compartment, perfect as a drinks fridge for the Man Cave.Reasonable price for a good looking unit from a reputable manufacturer.Was originally a bit apprehensive given the number of negative reviews due to damaged units, but glad I took the chance (the delivery guys put it where I wanted it, unwrapped [and took the wrappings away] so I could see it wasn't damaged).Happy!!

Likes: colour options (we had the red), good price, depth allowed location under worktop very well (others I looked at didn’t), well made although not heavy, egg and ice trays provided, surprised by the amount of freezer space :), enough space in larder compartment for us.Dislikes: other fridges are quieter when comparing specs but this one seems quiet enough.Overall: very pleased.
