Firstly I must thank Very's customer services and delivery team - excellent service from them. Upon receipt and unpacking of the 1st Beko fridge freezer delivered, we tried to change the door over to the other side to discover that there was no thread on bolt holes so that the screws just kept turning so we put the door back on the other side. We then started to fill the fridge with food, including the new water drink dispenser to discover that the water just continually poured out of the drink dispenser all down the front of the fridge freezer. I rang customer services the next day and a replacement was arranged for a couple of days later. The 2nd fridge freezer works perfectly no drips from the water dispenser and door changed over fine,

I bought this fridge/freezer 1 month ago and I wish I had bought it much sooner. Its fantastic. Upon arrival I was advised to wait 4 hours before turning the fridge on, I wish I had timed how long it took for the fridge and freezer to reach their temperature because it felt like it took no time at all. I love the bottom shelf/ chiller department, which allows me to keep my wrapped meat fresh for longer. The veg drawer has plenty of space as does the rest of the fridge. The water dispenser is fantastic, its so refreshing to drink a glass of cold water. It's easy to fill and easy to clean. The dispenser obviously takes some room in the fridge door but you can still fit plenty of stuff in the door.

Bought the Beko fridge freezer two weeks ago. Before that we had spent weeks reading reviews, looking at them instore and waiting for a good deal. Delivery was speedy, they unpackage for me and we had paid to have the old fridge removed. Communication was so strong through very / arrow about our delivery. Delivered in perfect condition well packaged and handled. The fridge looks great, a family of 4 it’s perfect size wise for us. It’s not bulky in size - and yet holds a large shop beautifully. As we did before purchase you’ll read lots about the water feature in reviews. The water dispenser is perfect. Has not leaked at all, very easy to fill And serves cold water encouraging my family to drink more and refill bottles rather than use plastic.

We needed to change our fridge freezer as our new kitchen meant we needed a smaller sized unit to fit. There aren't many small sized units out there which offer a good size with a water dispenser. Spent a while looking and found this model which had very good online reviews. Another very important factor is the backing of the unit, this one has a metal back so you don't need to worry about it incase of fire as it doesn't have a plastic backing like other makes do. Beko products have either aluminum or metal backs and not plastic. This model also has an automatic defrost function.So far we are pleased with this model, it looks great, the size of the fridge and the freezer is perfect and the water dispenser is lovely.

Pro's: Plenty of space inside both fridge and freezer for a medium sized family. WaterDispenser is handy which I use daily. Filling it up if easy. (Actually says WaterDispenser on the front not Water Dispenser!, no gap in between the letters!)Freezer compartments are slightly smaller than what I had previously but I have more draws this time. Kind of Con's: Doors can become easily scratched, the protective film has already been taken off so it is not that. Don't put magnets on it, they scratch it worse! Use a wet wipe to wipe over and a paper towel, don't use a cloth or sponge.Fridge compartment ices up at time at the back, even when you set it at number 3,

What an eye-catching piece to have in the kitchen. Everyone has complimented the sophisticated and modern look of it. It is HUGE inside! but yet slim to fit in my 4X4 kitchen! HINT to parents: Amazingly this water dispenser makes drinking water FUN?! can you believe it! my 3 year old loves helping himself to drinks where the kitchen tap is out of reach. Freezer is massive, I have loads and the drawers are so generous. LED lights are fab too. Plenty of storage. I would definitely buy - just have to buy lots of polish and soft cloths as you can see finger prints on the shiny surface if you don't open the door properly! (children's grubby fingers are a pain) Don't let that put you off,

I brought this product after mine stopped cooling /freezing. Very easy to order, delivery information was very informative & the closer you got to the delivery date a 2 hour time bracket was given. The Item arrived well within the time bracket & delivery men were great and placed the item right were I wanted it and removed my broken appliance (additional charge but well worth it and hassle free). It's very stylish and streamlined and fits in great to my kitchen. The water cooler is a great addition, very easy to top up and use. Lots of useful fridge space with a great bright light and four baskets in the freezer, great for family use.

I have had this fridge freezer for a couple of months now and it's fab. The fridge is very spacious, although the salad drawer doesn't hold as much as I would like. The freezer is a good size too, we're a family of 3 and it's plenty big enough for us.The water dispenser is a great feature, it's a basic design but does exactly what it says. The water runs out a bit too quick for my liking but it has encourage us all to drink more water. The gloss black looks lovely and because this isn't as tall as my last fridge freezer I've been able to pop some things on top as a bit of a storage space which was an extra bonus.

Bought this to replace our outside fridge freezer - researched which ones are okay to use in outside buildings, and Beko are only brand that state they can.....!!! It's a lovely product with good features. The only thing I wish it had was dual thermostats for fridge and freezer and visual temperature display, but hey it was a good price. .!!! The item is quiet when running abs si far seems very efficient. I like the removable tray for top drawer which as well as being good to freeze ice cubes, will be great when open freezing our allotment produce.

I bought this recently and so far it is a very good buy. Quiet and cold. As it should be. Very efficient and plenty of space.Slightly annoying but by no means a problem is that you get a slight drip from the water dispenser but this is only slight and does not detract from the value of this product.Very good product and great value.Bought from littlewoods and delivered via a third party. This service work very well as it should have and got my old freezer taken away at the same time.Really pleased with the service

I bought this a few weeks ago and am generally very happy with the product - the water dispenser is a great feature and the installation was very easy. Plenty of space for everyday items and a small family, quite standard sizing. I would say that the fridge is very cool and I have noticed a few icicles forming on setting no.3, but since changing the setting to the minimum or No.1/No.2 settings on the inside of the fridge, this has stopped and the temperature is perfect. Looks great, works perfectly - great item!

I have been contemplating buying a fridge freezer for a few months now so i have done a lot of searching into this have looked at an awful lot of fridge freezers but im so pleased with this one,I,m used to a Large larder fridge and was worried the fridge area would be too small , i am a disabled lady so needed a freezer easy to get too and i must say i am very pleased with the fridge and freezer the fridge is a great size and the freezer is too so easy to use and install . I cannot praise it enough

I’ve been looking for a replacement of my new fridge freezer for a week and finally found this. Just nice for a small family. This fridge freezer is a winner! It had an anti bacteria coating, water dispenser and an ice tray perfect for the hot summer weather! And it’s very quiet. The fridge is spacious as well as the freezer. I like the 4 drawer units. Just make sure you don’t put your temperature on max as the fruits and vegetable will get frozen in the fridge compartment.

I had a massive fridge that took up loads of room. I needed something similar but smaller to fit in another area of the kitchen. This fridge freezer fits perfectly and offers similar storage to the larger one that I had. It's perfect and the cold water tank inside is a bonus fresh cold water. The tank holds a lot of water but takes up no room at all storage is great in the fridge with compartments for everything. Definitely recommended for couples and small families.

Bought this arrived Saturday and it looks okay and seems okay, would advise anyone ordering this one to allow a few more centimetres on depth to allow for the spacers and make sure your plug is high enough and near to appliance as lead to it is not very long and you cannot use a plug adaptor, at present it seems to be a superb item, if it gives me as much service as the 29 year old Kelvinator it has replaced Iwill be delighted even more with it
