For the money this is really good value - I bought it for trimming photographs and paper CD inserts which it does adequately. The only (little) bugbear is that it is not easy to line up in exactly the right place for trimming and so occasionally the edges are not as I would have liked, but for the money it is acceptable. However if you want precise cutting I would suggest a must more solid (and expensive) product. The unit itself is quite small and light in weight and the cutting mechanism seems a bit flimsy, but it comes with a spare blade/cutter so it should last for some time.

Although I have only just purchased the item here, I've actually had my previous one (from eBay) for over 4 years. I have used it extensively over the years for various projects such as making my own cook book, games, photo books etc. I have also used it very extensively for our wedding invitations and lots of wedding stationery cutting back in the day. Our wedding invite consisted of 8 little sheets (with maps, instructions, RSVP etc.) for each person and I can honestly said this cutter performed amazingly. It lasted me nearly 4.5 years so I can't recommend it enough!

I bought this to help save time when making cards / invites. The 4 different cutting types was a bit of a novelty when I bought it, but having used them all I am impressed and would highly recomend this product to anyone with lots to do!It saved me a great deal of time and the finished cards look really professional.Just watch that you don't overload with sheets, or try and do it too quickly but this would be the same issue with other cutters.Great value for money!

I find this cutter really good and easy too use. It suits the work i do and cuts straight lines easily enough, I do find that when i use several sheets together it can move which is annoying but i only tend to need to cut one piece at a time anyway. It is fairly pricey but it is robust and hardwearing, the multi blade is great for edging work in different finishes. I would recommend.

Having owned at least three paper cutters for my photographs, I decided to do some research both on the web and at work; the latter giving me the opportunity to see the products and try them first! The result is my choice of Rexel and this A425 variant, it's good quality, has versatile features and for more creative can cut wavy edges, which I am also using on photo's now.

Having purchased two other products to do this job, this one is a keeper. I like the lock down for the paper or card being cut, I like the fact that you have to press down on the cutter for it to engage and cut as you roll... basically it is the best trimmer I have had so far. I have not used all of the cutting modes but I am very pleased with what I have used so far.

I bought this item so that I could perforate card - it works perfectly for this and is a really good quality piece of kit. Very easy to use, guides are aligned properly, doesn't require pressure to be applied so it's a nice easy motion. It's a 3-in-1 machine and the cutter is really useful too, haven't needed the 3rd option yet.

I like the three different options, two for cutting and the scoring option, which is very handy for card making. Having the cutting line between two guides, instead at the edge of one, needs getting used it. For me it is the ideal cutting tool, light and not too big, easily stored on the side of the desk when not in use.

This is an excellent trimmer and includes scoring and perforating blades which both work extremely well. A word of caution to those who need a trimmer to trim very small things - the plastic guard is quite big and this makes it hard to get items close to the trimmer blade with accuracy. That said, I love it!!

Don't really understand all the negative reviews. It's a small rotary trimmer, not an industrial model, and so long as you take your time, do not overload with sheets and align the paper accurately, it does as good a job as any rotary trimmer I've used. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Excellent love this machine, because it has the different cuts, can make my Christmas or Birthday cards quite fancy with the 'wavy' cut can also make my own 'tear at the dotted line' cuts, brilliant would definately recomment this machine.

Well made and cuts thin sheets well. Does not cope with card particularly well. It does part of the work I wanted it for very well. Delivery and P&P were excellent.

Well made item, took a while to get used to using it and find the cutter selector a bit fiddly and awkward, however it works ok and does what I wanted it to do.

Over my 66 years I have owned a few rotary cutters but this has surpassed them all, particularly with its accuracy which I have always struggled with before.

Perfect clean cuts no rough edges like with cheap metal cutters. We are an art gallery and can make gallery display cards to the highest standards.
