Okay at first I thought this was bad because I couldnt get the pen to twist out. I went to return it but was sensible and also messaged the seller with clear details what was wrong. They messaged me back withing a few hours and asked I try to screw the inner pen into the end. At first I was confussed but then I saw there was a plus shape in the end so I tried to screw that and it attached and now works fine. Which is handy to know when you want to use the free refill. Its bought as a gift but I tested it and the pen writing is so smooth I was amazed for the price. It's very pleasant to write with and pretty too. The little protective sleeve is good if you want to carry a pen in a pocket as it would stop it from leaking accidentally.

I did not dislike anything about these items. I bought them to enable me to re-use a box full of Cross ballpoints which have run out of ink over the years. I particularly liked the tone of the blue refills. They fitted all the old and various models perfectly. The flow of the ink when writing on different qualities of paper is good. There is no hesitating or drag in the flow of ink or in the smoothnes of writing resulting in less tiring of the hand and arm. I am right handed and cannot comment if these results would be the same for a left handed person

Work well and a whole lot cheaper than the branded equivalent. What's not to like? Unlike say PC printers where the manufacturers issue dire warnings against replacing their hugely expensive cartridges with unbranded compatibles, which would invalidate their warranty, the pens that these refills fit are hardly at the cutting edge of technology and in reality have parts that would wear out anyway over time irrespective of what was in them originally.

I don't envisage I will ever need to buy another refill. This pack was mad as it was loaded with refills and I have all but one sat in a cupboard now, biding their time until their "lucky" first picked brethren starts drying up when I try to write. Then, one of them becomes the king and the rest plot their futures as they lie in waiting for their chance to become the live refill.

these are ok- they fitted into my CROSS pen easily enough (i used the same refill code from the original refill) however the point coming out from the pen is shorter than the original- as a result everyone who uses it either thinks its not ready to write with, or can't see what they are writing. Shame as its rendering the pen a little useless.

Seems like it's good quality. Fits my non-cross pen perfectly. Got a bunch of refills for the price. Amazed at the quality of these pens, really pleased with purchase and they do look authentic to a non medical people like me. Mine was black ink with the ink flowing straight away no having to scribble to get it going like a lot of biros, it is not a thick 'write' which is 'fine' by me no pun intended! well not really

Good value for money! Very pleased, Originally for myself but brought 2nd set for Christmas Stocking Fillers as not only look good, write lovely and smooth, makes life with my iPad easier (using one of them now ?) benefit of pen refill and protection case. All receipants of pen for stocking filler Impressed

These arrived very quickly and I have made initial tests on them all. All but one worked immediately and seem to be off excellent quality. Cannot yet comment on longevity as I have had them for just one day. The non-working one I threw away as they still are reasonable value for the money.

Beautiful pens for the money. Lots of lovely colours. Was really surprised when they came with little pouches and re-fills, even better value for money. Probably didn't read the product info correctly. These will make beautiful gifts. My daughter loved them too! Thank you.

I bought the dark purple pen which is a beautiful deep indigo colour. The pen works really well and is a lovely size - it also came in a beautiful velvety case with a replacement ink cartridge. The crystals in the pen are lovely and shiny under bright light! Very happy!

My grandchildren bought me a pen for Father’s Day, or in my case grandfathers day and these were bought as the ink ran out. The pen wasn’t expensive the sentiment behind it means I want to keep it as long as possible and these refills will ensure I can do this.

An excellent buy which arrived promptly in good packaging. Do not heed the reviewer who says that they are not for twist action pens because they are! The only gripe is that they are much thinner than Cross refills but at this price who cares.

Just what I needed to extend the life of my quality ball point pens, cheaper than the named make of these particular pens, the quantity provided per pack should last me for a long time. Good fit and pleasant free flowing ink.

These are slightly better refills than the Parker ones & I had 2/3 pens that it would have been rather wasteful ti throw away, so thank you for the refills which were in my view very competitively priced.
