Very fresh and modern fragrance that works really well for men and as a day time or work fragrance for women as it is not too sweet.I bought a couple of the shower gels for Christmas presents for people at opposite ends of the age spectrum and was given some of the fragrance samples. The shower gel is going down a treat with both of them and the shower gel may be a risk free way of seeing if this is the right fragrance for you.The whole concept is very different and contemporary. Once upon a time smelling of gin was frowned upon .............. In this there is a playful reference when you first smell it because of the juniper berries and then it becomes deeper and richer. Sort of spicy and rich.

Love this stuff. Absolute cracker of a fragrance for the right woman. I bought Mrs Pallus 100ml of the stuff.I say woman as I've always assumed it was a woman's scent, despite being more herby than sweet. There may be some cardomom in there and I used to wear Salvador Dali's Luxury Green which is big on cardomom but I just can't see myself wearing this. Unfortunately.Amongst all the fruity, floral, sweet and blossomy female fragrances this is a real eyebrow-raiser as it is NONE of those things.It does smell of gin but not of the alcohol, more of that refreshing dryness one gets with a G&T.Trying to analyse it, I also think of eucalyptus, pepper, maybe even a little star anis but they all unite very well into this dry,

Bought this for my wife, who loved it - HOWEVER, after some time we are wondering why the scent seems to fade rather faster than we would expect. SO we took it to a Penhaligons shop (took it to two actually) and they were a uncertain but thought it might be a fake as the plastic 'bow' was a very slightly different to theirs.SO not really sure if this is or is not legit (bought from Direct Beautique). If it is not, it is a very good copy.So 4 stars for the fading but please note I am not saying it is or is not a fake - I really don't know and neither did 4 Penhaligons employees!

I love this, I am surprised it is described as unisex because for me it is very definitely masculine. I was given a sample when I bought some other Penhaligon's products a few years ago and gave it to my husband to try. I was hooked. To me it's a classic scent rather than 'modern', very clean smelling, 'gentlemanly' and sophisticated. I absolutely adore it on my husband, which of course he likes, but luckily he likes it too. Its like cat nip to me. (I do also love gin & tonic.) I don't let him wear it every day because I don't want to get used to it.

Wow, who knew smelling like you've been dumped in a barrel of Bombay Saphire could be such a good thing! This unique and exciting fragrance from Penhaligons delivers exactly what it says, and yet manages to surprise with its sophistication. The scent is full of juniper berries, cardamon and other botanicals. It has a herbal, fresh smell which is exactly like gin but with a sweetness and a sophisticated finish that is delightful. I would be happy to wear this all day. Definitely a scent that will stand out from the crowd!

I bought this for my boyfriend (although I would also steal it to wear myself!) as he had had a sample previously from the Penhaligons store and loved it. It is much cheaper than the store price but it is genuine. I really like this fragrance and it is very long-lasting.

Very good buy. Loved this scent, classy and long lasting with me. Glad I found another scent that lasts really long , compliments were excellent. I won’t tell them the name as I do not want anyone wearing same scent as me ?Swift delivery from the seller ?

Lovely warm smell of juniper, remarkable scent which lasts with a clean G & T aroma. This will please any man (or woman) with it's distinctive perfume, striking a clean and energising note, ideal for work or play. And certain to be appreciated as a gift.

A muscular feminine rather than unisex fragrance. Quite a loud cacophony of smells - gin, black pepper, citrus, cardamon. It's a day smell so not too stong but its pretty long lasting. Nice to buy as a gift but not one I'd wear personally

I bought this for my boyfriend wanting to try something new and different. Worth every penny as the bottle just lasts for such a long time as you only need a few squirts. The fragrance is so fresh and appealing. Highly recommend!!
