I bought this lens as a used item, though it was in perfect condition although it was minus its hood, for which I separately ordered a similar metal hood of German manufacturer via eBay.I have been very very pleased with the test shots that I have taken under very difficult conditions specifically to push the lens to its low light design limits.Also under average indoor daytime lighting I found open aperture side lit window portraiture very very effectively controlled.Stunning lens. Well worth the money.

If you want silky smooth photos that are still awesomely sharp then this is lens is worth looking at. The Leica noctilux is trending £9k-12k and second hand at £6k. This Leica nocticron seem a much better option Ito ROI.

Beast of a lens. One of the best in the M43 line up. Super sharp, super fast focus and rugged. Best used at f1.2, so will need to get a good ND filter to make the most of this lens.
