Dont know why people are bitching about the taste, it's "low in sugar" lol. You should be having it for performance, not for taste. Stick to protien bars kids lol.Optimum nutrition is a great company that sell great products.

Good Product, cant go wrong with ON. The only 1 thing reducing to 4 stars, is the packaging, I cant close the zip on the plastic to the bag at all, really irritating and difficult if you take forever closing the packet.

As you would expect from O.N, a very high quality tasty protein shake that mixes well with water and milk, contains a good variety of nutrients that most people would want.

Nice flavor I am mixing with semi skimmed milk and it tastes great after an intensive workout helps with the recovery.
