As confused as everybody else as to why I had been sent a pack of refills without the drywipe eraser they're used in, I looked on this page and found that everyone else is in the same boat as I am. That makes reviewing them a less than ideal situation, but just going on how they wipe ink away, all I can say is they do it well and hold the ink like they're supposed to. I also used these with the Quartet Neon Drywipe Markers – which use more of a paint-like substance and it held that very well, without smudging it around.Because it's not what's advertised in the product description, I guess it would be wrong of me to give this anything other than the minimum review score,

The product I received was not as advertised. There was no drywipe eraser, just a pack of ten refill pads. We have had our current drywipe eraser for some years now and it is not particularly effective at cleaning the boards. When I got the pack of refills, I removed the pad from our existing eraser and replaced with one of these. Cleaning performance from the pad is really good and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the new pad works, even though the fit on our old eraser isn't the best.So this could have been a higher star review if we had actually got what is in the picture.

I was a bit confused when I opened the packet... I thought I was getting what was in the picture, but instead all there was was a pic of ten refills... Which would have been fine if I had something to put them in. I don't and I'm not sure now which product that would be.I did take them out and have a go with one on my whiteboard but without the holder it's a bit insubstantial and small to use. It did wipe off my pen well enough, but isn't much better than the cloth I was using without the holder.Looking at the other reviews I can see I'm not the only one!!

From the picture and product description I thought this was a whiteboard cleaner. It is in fact a pack of felt pad REFILLS!! Not happy.I have copy and pasted the product description:Product DescriptionErgonomic design . Ten layers of felt so that when one is too dirty to use any longer, it can be peeled away to reveal a new one. This is a replacement pack of felt pads for your dry wipe eraser - unfortunately the eraser itself is not included, though the item description suggests that it is. The pads are of a good quality and periodically replacing your pads will make your eraser much more effective. However, unless you already have an eraser to use these, then they're pretty much useless. If you are lucky enough to have one, then having a stock of these handy is highly recommended.

I've got to join the chorus of disappointed reviewers here. There is no eraser in the pack I received only the 10 Peelable Felt Pads, and therefore it is difficult to give a fair review.Based on the ability of the felt pads to clean the whiteboard, they work fine and don't smudge and don't scratch the board, but as the product is sold as an eraser with felt pads, I cannot award more than a (generous) 2 stars as I've only received half of the product...

Unfortunately the product is not as described as the item is a pack of 10 refill pads, which are of limited use unless you happen to own the eraser itself already. I have actually used one of the refills without attaching it to a pad of any sort and it seems to the job pretty well - hence the 2 stars, but the product description does need to make it clear that this is for refill pads only.

As with all other reviews, the description isnt just misleading it is completely incorrect. The package only includes the refills even though in a number of places within the webpage it refersto actually including the eraser. Only gave one star as it wouldnt allow 0.

The wipes are fine. What isn't is the way this product is presented by Amazon as an eraser with wipes. It isn't, its just a set of wipes, no eraser. You'll have to buy that separately. Be warned

This product was very misleading. All that arrived were the pads for the eraser with no handle part....
