Let's face the facts: Glutamine is basically Glutamine, no matter who sells it. It's like protien: You're not shopping for quality whey protien as much as a taste you can live with and maybe some nice balance elements included. While I would highly recommend glutamine to anyone who works out and wants the hurt to dull down in a reasonable timeframe, this review is not about the effects of glutamine, it's about the little things that, to me, set this product above the others.First off, the container. It's a low profile size that has a nice wide mouth that you can get your fingers in, so there's no struggling with getting your powder out. It fits in your cabinet nicely, you can stack other suppliments on top of it,and in general is just a pleasent change of pace from most other glutamine suppliers.Second, it comes with a scoop. Unfortunately, the scoop is actually sized to be used by a 6 year old girl. I always get angry with a manufacturer who gives you this tiny little scoop and says "3 scoops per serving!". It makes me feel like some group of suits is quietly chuckling whilst looking at videos of muscle bound men trying to use their dainty little scoop. You are left with the impression that the people at Muscle Pharm don't actually CARE about the end user experience in any way other than the results of the product.Lastly, it's very fine powder. It's so fine that if you get any on your hands, you're going to have to wash it off, because it won't dust free. Combine this with the tiny scoop, and you get an ordeal when adding it to your protien shake that leaves you frustrated and sometimes cursing, but you get over it when you wake up the next day and only feel like you got beaten with a baseball bat, not a lead pipe.All in all, the product is well worth the small objections I raised above. I was expecting this product to contain: L-glutamine, glutamine peptides and L-alanyl-L-glutamine. The product I recieved only had L-glutamine and L-alanyl-L-glutamine, which does not match the picture in the discription of the product being sold.There are plenty if Glutamine products but few with peptides.Never the less I have tried this product amd I swear it helps with my stomach issues. That is very redeming. It may be more effective than the other glutamine powder I have. I can tell it is very pure and very tasteless.If I order it again I am not sure what product I would recieve but feeling more healthy is worth a lot.8/8/2015 I purchased this a second time. It still did not have peptides.The seller needs to update the product description. If you buy this expect to get a similar product without peptides--2/26/2016 - I have updated my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. The product is still mislabeled. It only contains L-glutamine and L-alanyl-L-glutamine, however this has been the one product I consistently buy. It seems to be helping me heal my gut better than glutamine without the L-alanyl part. I take this supplement everyday and I notice if I forget to take it for a couple days in a row. Another great effect is that my muscles feel harder and stronger as well, that was unintended but I like it and I feel stronger. I think this product even helps me not crave sugar.

I bought this because my friend, a pro fitness bodybuilder, told me she used L Glutamine as part of her routine. This brand was highly rated on Amazon so I went with it. It has no taste and dissolves just fine. But, I kept reading up on it,and I'm pretty impressed. Aside from the body building stuff, it has other benefits. One, a lot of people with Celiac use this to repair their gut when they've been 'glutened." I'm not certain if it helps, but it doesn't hurt.But second, I read this stuff helps your body fight off a cold. I 100% firmly believe that! My coworkers are always passing around colds and stomach bugs, and every time one starts circulating I start loading up on this stuff.I haven't caught anything since! Even if I feel like I'm already coming down with something, I just mix this into some OJ, throw in some Zinc and C capsules, and I swear the cold beats a hasty retreat. I'd never believe that if I hadn't consistently experienced this for myself. I'm impressed and I think I'm going to keep this on hand from now on!

Ordered this glutamine to help retain muscle during a cut. Shipping was on point but I was originally sent the MP Creatine by accident which looks almost identical to the MP Glutamine canister. Received on a Saturday. I contacted amazon the same day and the shipped the correct item(Glutamine) that day, bumped the shipping to 2 day shipping and let me keep the creatine (the creatine at the time was barely over $10) which I already had, but was thankful for. Received the correct product on Monday, just 2 days later.Been using it twice daily and I will be sticking with this brand. I am very pleased with the mixability, tastelessness (I mix it with other supplements), and purity.My overall immune system has benefitted from this as well. I recommend to anyone, lifter or otherwise. The benefits of Glutamine are worth it by itself.

So full disclosure. I normally only use products from All Pro Science. I love them, but they had sold out of L-Glutamine. Well this Glut is awesome. Like most, there is no "taste" so to speak, but unlike most, even better than APS', this glut mixes GREAT. I now use it in my thirst quencher during my workouts it mixes so good. May end up using the MP product permanently. I've been using L-Glut though for a while, so I can't speak on whether or not there is a difference in recovery, It usually takes me 2 days to recover from a particular set, compared to the old 4 days. So this product is on par in that regard. Definitely recommend.

I decided to try this as opposed to the (expensive) brand I was buying at a local health store. I really like this. It seems to stay suspended in the water longer, which sounds bad but is actually good so you don't end up with a lot at the bottom of your glass. It's very fine, not clumpy or gritty. I put it 1 scoop in a tall glass of water and can't see it. If I do 2 scoops in the same amount of water and doesn't all dissolve, but still isn't bad. It doesn't have a taste, but if you put it in straight water the water will taste different (like how bottled water brands can taste different-- nothing bad).

Absolutely amazing stuff a lot of us believe that it's just for bodybuilders or people exercising but if anyone has headaches or diabetes or any malady... Google to read up on it this product...actually if you have leg syndrome, pain anywhere, it actually gives you a sense of calmness and just makes you feel great...takes away aches and pains in your body...after using it the first time instant results. . as I continue to use daily, twice a day, I've been on it about a week & 1\2 I'm feeling better each day ...WONDERFUL. .. and it came ultra quick!!

Now talking about the product price and authenticity both are perfect since the price offered was way cheaper and the product had official importer MPN label and hologram. I certainly trust the seller couldtail india and primarc pecan retail. Both deliver the authentic product at an amazing price. This has to be one of the easiest L-Glutamine supplements to mix. I don't even have to use my (leaky) shaker to mix it! I just measure it out with the provided 5g spoon and then stir into my drink with a teaspoon. It even mixes into juice/cordial very well. I have tried another L-Glutamine powder from Amazon and it is not in the same league. I think it was wheat derived (brown in colour) and was impossible to mix and gave me an upset stomach. No problems with this. Will definately use MusclePharm products again.

If reading this I hope you understand what the purpose of this product is, and it is good at what it does. The pricing was good for the amount you get, their packaging looks and functions great, and the product performs its duty. I noticed several hours and days of soreness subside much faster using this when not on anything. Muscle Pharm is coming up to be a major player in quality goods, and this is a testament to that statement.

Packaging was really good and the delivery was on time as well.Its a non essential AA so you don't really have to take it, it will only help if u take it anyways, no harm here.I cant really tell if this works or not cause im not sure if im feeling better because of this or the BCAA's i take with it. None the less, it adds one more amino acid to the BCAA, ehich is good, i guess it works silently.

We purchased this to try out in lieu of glutamine pills. I was super skeptical at first, because I really love the ease of just taking a few pills right before bed. Now I prefer the powder. Totally tasteless, no texture to it. I just add it to my protein and it tastes exactly the same as it always does. It works just as well as the pills, I'd say even better.

I use Muscle Pharm as my main go to brand when it comes to glutamine. I've purchased this several times now and it gets the job done.I take 5-10g a day, once at night and first thing in the morning.The taste is very bitter, but you get use to it very quickly. Now it goes down very easily, and I only use cold water, not juice or any other mixes.

Great quality.. it dissolves decently, doesn't clump up too bad like cheaper brands. I was paying three times this for another brand, and I can't tell a difference between this or that. I take 15mg, 3 times a day... morn, mid day and before bed and that promotes regeneration and healing. I wish someone had told me about glutamine a long time ago.
