It doesn't mix that well with water/whatever, but as long as you keep stirring the bottle you'll get used to it. I'm currently taking it with water and a little sugar, does the trick. As for creatine, the few months i've been taking it shows visible improvement in my workout performance and considerable increase in muscle mass. It allows you to progress faster in what concerns to how much you can lift. Capsules are more convenient but also considerably more expensive so I recommend this product.

The item is very very good , it is as described I thought that it was small but it is medium size ! I recommend it !

Unbelievable value used different brands of this in the past and this is just as good as creatine twice the price!
