I love me some glutamine and I would have to say that this is some of the more premium grade stuff out there. Very clean, good powder consistency, mixes well in any liquid, all of which makes it work like a charm. No more "I just got beat by a sack of oranges" kind of feeling the next day after a good workout. The only reason I gave it 4 out 5 is because I forgot how small 300g is. Still about 60 servings I think though.

Glutamine is Glutamine. You can not really rate/review glutamine, because you do not know if it really does make a difference. The reason why I bought it was because research says its healthy, increases white blood cells, and is just a good supplement running through your blood stream. You just have to find the cheapest deal you get for glutamine.

Love this product as it's a must for those persons who find themselves really sore and exhausted after intense training. I train 4 - 5 times a week in a Bodybuilding gym and find this staple invaluable. Gaspari are definitely 1 of the better supplement companies out there , I am sure you won't be disappointed and recommend this all the time.

I've been using Glutamine for years, it's an excellent antioxidant and prevents muscle catabolism, this is important for me because I weight train but don't always take in a lot of protein and food. This product helps maintain the muscle gains while preventing the body from breaking the muscle down.

I use this 3 times a day and really notice a difference in sore muscles after working out at the gym. Good product, but I've never used anything else so I have nothing to compare it to. I like it though.

Great product but its a little pricey compare to other well respected brands out there. I would probably purchase other other products that are cheaper and with higher per serving of glutamine.

Doing P90X you need to be able to recover.A teaspoon(5grams) of this twice a day certainly help.I've used a few of the Gaspari products,their pre workout drink is another must have!!

No taste , but working good , help me recovery after hard workout with free wights , and last for long time , good value fro money , 4 star because I don't like tasteless supplements

I've tried many Glutamines, and I've found Gaspari Glutamine to be the most affective. It's an essential supplement when you're training or participating in sports.

Excellent value for money with this glutamine, i put one scoop (5g) in with every shake i have (3 shakes a day) so get a good dosage of glutamine throughout the day
