Glutamine has been a part of my daily life for nearly 20 years. If I'm having a protein shake, I mix some Glutamine in to add the Glutamine already in the shake. If I'm having oatmeal, I mix a spoon of Glutamine in. The health benefits have long been discussed. I don't think it's a placebo effect. I've worked in nearly all forms of construction over those 20 years and can say I'm one of the least groaning and moaning 40 year old men in construction. I figure we shouldn't count the 18-24 year old ones since they seem to moan and groan about everything. Several of the guys I have been working with for over a decade have also started using it in the same ways I do.This is my preferred brand,

Greatly reduced my soreness after workouts. Love this stuff.I use an old medicine cup (the kind they give you with liquid cold medicine) to scoop out 2tsp into my post workout shakes.It's a little grainy but that's to be expected. If that bothers you, powder glutamine isn't the right thing for you.

Great product and easily mixes with my protein powder drink. Have been told by many to include Glutamine with my post workout drink and it clearly has shown positive results. Recommend this to others and will buy again from seller.

The first time trying Dymatize product and I am impressed with the quality of this glutamine. I have used a lot of different glutamine and this one by far my favorite. the taste is great, the results are real.

Definitely noticed a reduction in soreness after intense workouts. I mix it in my preworkout and protein shakes. You can definitely tell it's been added due to the texture, but that's to be expected.

Not bad I felt the difference after a week. Really is tasteless. Highly recommend to those who want to clean up there system.

Helps my muscle recovery, and helps my guts work properly. I haven't noticed a taste. Micronized = extremely fluffy powder.

I would dare saying Dymatize is #1 on the market. The Glutamine easily dissolves w/ water or juice and have no taste.

Help build my muscles if you mixed in shake. The ingredient are quality and the price is very good for this product.

Although glutamine looks and tastes like chalk, this brand is good. It works and does the job! I use it pre-workout
