I love this! We recently discovered Orchard Toys and are amazed by the number of games they have. It is fantastic to see them learning shapes and colours without realising it.My nearly 4 year old son loves this too, he has always been very good taking turns but it does encourage this. He is still learning his colours and shapes and I've seen an improvement from just a few games although he still has a little trouble seeing them on his board but I'm sure this game will help him here too.You can use the counters to turn over shape and colour (like bingo) or you can roll the dice (one with shapes, the other with colours), I thought the dice may be a bit difficult, but my son actually did just as well with these and added another dimension to the game.Next is for him to realise when he has won (or lost) whether by first row, full board etc.Absolutely love this and would recommend :)

Great game for getting children interested in learning colours and shapes. My 4 year old loves playing it. Unfortunately my 7 year old got very bored after 1 game and refuses to play it with his younger sister anymore. It comes with 4 double sided monster boards, 36 colour shape discs, 64 splat tiles, 1 shape dice and 1 colour dice. All the pieces are made from card 1.5mm thick. It all comes in a box 26cm wide, 23cm high and 5cm deep. You roll the dice together to then get a coloured shape, you then try and find a matching monster in that shape and colour. If you match it then you cover it with a splat tile.Pro - fun for little ones.Enjoy looking for the monsters and placing tiles over them.Cons - gets a bit boring to the end as the same shapes and colours that have already been done keep coming up (having to re roll dice at least 10 times at one point).

My 3 year old loves this game, it is the first game that she has actually played to the end and then again straight away. It has made her think about her shapes and call them out for everyone else and it has helped to recognise chance and luck in winning and that she will not win every time. I would definitely recommend this game. We have other Orchard Toys games which we play often (shopping list and crazy chefs) but she loses concentration on those much quicker but she sees monster bingo through to the end.

I bought this item to take on holiday with us (for the rainy days in the caravan!) It was brilliant, everyone from my 5 yr old to my dad (65) enjoyed it, its so easy, simple and fun and can be played for sweeties (we found that if there was the chance of winning a jelly baby, the game became intense!). In addition to all the fun both my children (5yr and 7yr) enjoyed shouting out the colours and shapes, it was definitely reinforcing the whole "learn through fun". Great item highly recommended

This is a fantastic game. It's really simple but educational. My 2 year old is addicted to it, but it's also great for older kids (we've played with a mix of kids aged 2-7 and all enjoyed it) - as whilst it teaches younger kids shapes and colours, it's also a fun bingo game. It is one of the few games I don't mind playing over and over again. My sons find the monster "bogey splats" funny - this is what we call the monster slime. This is really one of my favourite games to play.

Purchased for my two and 3/4 year old boy and whilst he still has to learn a lot about taking turns which he will gain from the game after more use and as he gets older, he loves calling out the colours and shapes. This is Ideal fun for learning colours and shapes for little ones. Whole family enjoy playing it with him, Even had my teenage daughter and her friend playing it with him! Great quality as with all orchard toys, thoroughly recommend.

Possibly my favourite orchard toy game. Combines shapes and colours. My 3 year loves it and is now v good at her shapes but even my 8 year old is happy to play it with his sister. The non dice version of the game works better than the dice one and as a concept it is very similar to dotty dinosaurs so you probably don't need both games ( although we have both and they are both firm favourites). For play value it has been great.

I bought this game to play with My 4 year old who has autism and struggles to sit down and play games with the family. This is a great start for him as he loves shapes and colours, and he grasped the concept really quickly with support from an adult(playing for malteasers helped!). Great for teaching shapes, colours and turn taking, the game is colourful and visually appealing. Fantastic game, fantastic price, quick delivery!

Bought for our 4 year old's birthday. As always, an Orchard Toy game hits all the right notes. It's fun, colourful, facilitates learning and best of all our little boy has no idea he's learning the different shapes.Very easy to play and being Bingo, everyone is involved all of the time.Great game, would recommend to anyone with the little ones and indeed any Orchard Toys games, they have all been great so far!

A lovely game which can be played by all the family. Our 4 year old soon picked it up and the 3 year old was not far behind. We play for a complete row first, and then a full card, giving several players a chance to feel they have 'won'. Interest is sustained, and there is often a request to play it again. I bought two more for birthday presents for friends' children.

I purchased this for my grandchildren at Christmas. One of them is three and the other one five years of age. They love it especially taking turns with calling out the colours and shapes. The boards and pieces are colourful and robust. I would thoroughly recommend this item and I think it is good value for the money.

Lovely story, combining the harshness of the wilderness , the longing for company, the closeness of the dog & girl & the caring for the cub, eventually coming together and all being friends, wonderful. My 2 1/2 year old g'daughter loves it. First read it in our local library. We are constantly recommending it !

My 3yr old son is loving this game. It's quick to learn and has been great at teaching him. Shapes, colours and turn taking. The game is good quality and will last years so long as we don't loose a piece!!!!! We use this game in an early years setting and children of a variety of abilities can join in.

I bought two of these had one sent to grand daughter so we could play over FaceTime, during pandemic. It’s a good game, sometimes it can take a while to finish the game, which is frustrating for little ones as they don’t have long attention span. We will get a lot of use from this game.

great fun to play for the children (4 years and up) - encourages matching skills, language skills, and they love putting a slime piece on the monster - many options for bingo boards, but can be a little confusing to the children if one should play on one or both sides in a game.
