The product itself seems great, sturdy enough to be handled by a small child.Too many options (which child will be concerned by a quality choice? or by removing pictures without having seen them?).Far worse, the cd is bent by the packaging and unreadable. No answer from support, nor any drivers available on the internet.Too bad for what could be a great toy.

This product is a fabulous toy and has the potential to be a great thing - my 6 year old daughter loves taking her own photographs - however the picture quality is so poor that ever photograph is blurred to the point that you cannot make out what it is of.Save your money.
