I clearly ordered 8Gb memory to receive 4Gb memory. When I complained, they tried to persuade me I in fact ordered 4Gb and at the end when confronted with clear facts they admitted it was in fact an administrative error where wrong bar codes were used. Explanation was not very trust worthy.
