This is really well manufactured. High quality sturdy components, clearly labelled, and an IKEA-style assembly leaflet with variants for installing on the back of your desk or through a hole. Unfortunately even on it's most constricted configuration it's still coming forward over a foot so you're probably not going to get that extra desk space you were dreaming of. Unless you specifically need 360-degree swivel and 90-degree rotation you might want to consider something more a little "compact".
