This shower head was bought to directly replace an old heavy expensive Trevi shower head.The Idea Standard unit is much lighter, plasticity with 3 modes of shower and fitted fine to the extension hose. Showering is fine, perhaps not as powerful as previous but does the job. Durability & quality will come with time, only had it a week.To get more of a power shower affect, I removed an inner black rubber ring from the connecting pipe end with tweezers (relatively easy) and now it goes like a rocket! Has transformed the performance of the shower and serves us better but the rubber ring can be placed back should you need to do so.Currently happy...

Bought to replace an old Ideal shower head, which had lasted for about 15 years. With a bit of help from a YouTube video I figured out how to remove the restrictor, which was fairly simple. I screwed a screw into it for a couple of turns and pulled it out with pliers. The flow is brilliant, even though we don’t have a power shower, so it’s only operating on gravity.

Really good shower head which was a replacement for my old Ideal Standard one. Once the water restrictor was removed (took less than 10 seconds with some tweezers) the water flowed nicely with good pressure! Particularly like the larger shower head and 3 easy to select settings

A professional shower head that works well, the only critique is it lacks instruction regarding removing the flow restrictor, that is fitted as standard. All quite simple once you know !

Exactly as described. Lightweight single mode head, an acceptable and cheaper replacement for our previous 3-mode head. Easy to fit and keep clean. Would recommend this product.

Just like the original one we bought but has extra settings, very pleased with it no complaints from the family would recommend

If you take out the restrictor this does work with Trevi Boost venturi shower valve.
