I have been given the privellage by 'trnduk' to test this wonderful shower head by Hansgrohe. Altough I have recieved the product free of charge, I shall provide my honest opinion upon it.Firstly the shower head had come in a box which was well designed to protect it from any form of damage, and the image at the front of the box gave a luxorious feel upon the item. Secondly, the shower head was really smooth and easy to fit to my shower hose. Where it had come with a tool to help with the fitting of the shower head. Thirdly, the design of the shower head shows that it has been very carefully designed and produced, as not only does it give a statement luxorious piece in the bathroom,but the feel of the shower head's 'select' button for selecting the modes was so soft that, it almost felt like an automatic feature whilst taking a shower, especially when you have soap on your eyes. Furthermore, the large head of the product, had at first given me an insight that it was a bulky item, but whilst having a shower and actually experiencing the feel of the shower head, I can say that the large base for the shower head actually does provide an ultimate experience, where when it is on the 'rain air' mode it actually feels like your in the rain as the droplets are ever so soft, that it provides a realistic feel to it especially when your eyes are closed. Also the 'Whirl' mode is ever so superficially beneficial to the relaxation of aching muscles, that it almost feels like a massaging function to relieve the stress and aches in the muscles.Overall, this masterpiece created by Hansgrohe, is ultimately superior in all aspects of providing the best possible experience whilst having a shower, but it also attracts attention to it from it's beautiful design. I feel that Hansgrohe has done a great job in designing and producing this shower head. I would recommend this product to anyone out their, who is trying to find a shower head that provides them comfort and ease whilst taking a shower. I myself will most definately be purchasing more products from Hansgrohe in the future, due to experiencing the quality and design in the 'Select E 120' shower head.

I was lucky to receive this shower head to try out for Trnd what can I say I had not thought about changing my shower head and that just by doing that you can update your shower in minutes to improve the experience. This product was amazingly quick to instal less than 5 mins to take off old shower head and replace with this one. The design is very sleek and modern and would fit in with any decor and effortlessly lets you switch from one mode to the other at the touch of a button, there is a choice of 3 modes Rainair which is a nice gentle water spray, Rain which is fantastic for washing the suds out of your hair and having a thorough shower with and then the whirl mode which is absolutely divine and is like having your own personal masseuse in the shower,perfect for those with neck and shoulder tension or problems. The whirl button does really relax sore tired muscles and welcome after an intense gym workout to sooth aches and pains. I would say if you have a high pressure water system the you will get even better results from this shower as my area is so so with regards to pressure but it still delivers a good experience. The shower head is easy to clean as all you need to do is just wipe over the nozzles with your had to unblock them no descaler needed which is good for me as I live in a very hard water area. I normally have a shower in a morning and a bath on a eve but since receiving this shower head my baths have taken a back seat in favour of this wonderful device which has certainly brightened up my shower experience and brought a little luxury to my bathroom. Be warned though you may find yourself spending lots of time in the shower if you buy this as it really does make me spend more time in their than normal and that is saying something as I was already a complete water baby and always showering this has made me even worse. I would say if you are looking to update your shower and dont want the hassle of installing a new system this may be a compromise. I dropped a star due to the price as in some places it can retail at an rrp of about £80 which is quite expensive for a shower head. This would be my only criticism of it.

Having used the Hansgrohe Raindance Select E120 for a few weeks now, I am ready to leave an honest review. The shower head arrives wrapped in plastic in the a Hansgrohe cardboard box. It comes with an information sheet. It is easy to install. Basically just needs the old shower head to be unscrewed from the shower hose and the new one screwed on. You then want to be ready to have a shower, because just turning on the water, will lead to you wanting to have a shower.The shower head transforms the shower from a basic shower to a real shower. The E120 has three modes of water delivery. These are very easily selected using the “select button” on the head. With the flick of a switch,you can change the shower experience. There are three modes, Rain Air, Rain and Whirl. The Rain Air mode draws air into the head which mixes with the water to plump up the water and create a very full water flow, that is slightly softer than just water. Personally this is my favourite mode and the one I use most of the time. The next mode is the Rain mode, this is a more rigorous mode and gives a more invigorating shower experience, but I find on a daily basis, it is too forceful. The last mode is the whirl mode which gives three rotating jets of water that are great at targeting a sore back, shoulders or head. With such ease of access, it is simple to flick to a different mode unlick the more basic shower heads where you have to twist the head. Generally I find the more basic mode just stays in one mode, as it is too much of a fiddle to change modes.The shower head is nice and big and full, so you get a good area of coverage, none of this moving your body to find the water.Hansgrohe is an amazing brand. They make good quality and great innovation, so I expect this shower head to last for many years.This shower head will transform your shower experience and you will need to set your alarm slightly earlier to spend more time in the shower enjoying it.

I am currently testing the Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120 SHOWER HEAD as my latest project for TRND!First impressions... Fabulous looking... and would compliment any decor & is Excellent quality. This HUGE size shower head has a really innovative way of changing the spray pattern... you just PUSH A BUTTON!! Easy peasy... no more awkward turning of the shower head! And with its easy clean silicon nozzles... what's not to like?!So, the spray patterns are: RAIN, RAIN-AIR & WHIRL... Rain is the most drenching of the patterns, and fabulous for rinsing off shower gel & shampoo, RainAir is a quirky mix of rain & water, giving a softer spray, which almost feels bubbly! And finally, Whirl,which comes purely from the centre 3 nozzles of the shower & is an intense, whirling, massaging spray... so ideal for relaxing sore muscles.My favourite is RAIN... which gives the most water volume & a good showering experience given the large shower head size. But the other 2 spray modes are great too, and a little bit 'different' to your regular shower spray patterns, which gives the Raindance some 'brownie points'!The Raindance Select E 120 is a great way of updating & improving your shower, without having to reinstall a whole new system! I would definitely recommend it!I rate this 4 out of 5 stars... it would have got the full 5, but I'd have liked to see another spray pattern included for a more concentrated fast spray, specifically for rinsing hair (rain setting is very good at this, but would be easier, given the size of the shower head, to have a more concentrated (smaller area) spray just for this job).

The first thing I noticed about this shower head is its size. Being more square and larger than most round shower heads, its probably twice the surface area. This does provide good coverage in a couple of its 3 modes.The modes themselves are easily selected via a single push switch. RainAir mixes air into the water to make it feel light and relaxing, Rain is similar to 'normal' showers and Whirl is a jet but rotates - good for massaging aching muscles.The aesthetics are good and will certainly compliment the majority of bathrooms. It has silicone nozzles which help prevent the build up of limescale and quite easy to clean too.Overall this is a good shower head with a few unique and easy to select modes.I would certainly recommend it if you have the budget. I think that its down to the individual, whether these modes, the features etc justify the price tag. Granted I doubt you will get the size, these modes or even a push switch to select them on any other shower head - at least not together, but whether that's enough to justify spending more than double the price of similar chrome multi-mode shower head is down to the individual.Personally I can't fault it and the unique modes are great but I know that I could get an alternative for half the price or less and still get as clean etc. That's the reason I give it 4 stars.The price here though is competitive for this product and if you are interested in buying, here is a good place.

Testing this shower head for free via trnd uk. Easy to install and the shower head comes with 3 settings that you simply click the button on the shower head. The 3 settings are rain air, rain and whirl. Since having this shower head, our family have noticed a difference from our old one, not just because it was free, but because we now have options to choose our favourite settings. The rain and rain air are our favourites but only because the whirl isn't as expected...but this could be purely down to the pressure in our bathroom. The rain air really is like being being in a airy rain shower and feels gentle enough to coax my doubting 4 year old from a bath to a shower...thinking of saving water is a definite plus point for us as a family.The rain mode is a more exhilarating shower, which is my personal favourite, it rinses out shampoo quickly and I feel refreshed after using this mode. The whirl is a jet setting, which is to target areas that are in need of a deeper massage, like I said I'm sure this mode is great in a higher pressure bathroom, just not ours so we tend not to use this one. Overall we love this shower head and it looks sleek and due to the rubber and chrome finish is very stylish. It's easy to clean too, which for anyone is an added bonus. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more luxurious shower experience. Buy it you won't be disappointed.

I was sent one of these amazing shower heads by trnd.com to test this product and give my honest opinion.I absolutely love the concept, changing the settings is now so much easier than when you have to turn the shower head to find the right position! With the turning ones I frequently found that the seal would break or too much turning would happen which resulted in the part coming apart.With the Hansgrohe Raindance all you have to do is press the button and it changes to a different setting, it is really that easy!I tried each of the settings and loved the massaging setting, which was great on my painful shoulders.The only change I would make to this shower head, is to make it less straight.Other than that,the only "negative" comment I have is not actually the fault of Hansgrohe: it is not completely compatible with the Mira Sports Max system (but it appears the only shower head compatible with that system is the shower head it comes with...) which resulted in a constant "low flow" warning. So if you have a Mira Sports Max system, I recommend you find a system that IS compatible with this shower head because it is absolutely worth it!!! In fact, I am planning on speaking to my landlord to ask if I would be allowed to do this in my home!

This shower head is really easy to install and requires no specialist knowledge or tools to do so. It fits a standard shower hose and simply needs to be screwed in.The shower head has about double the surface area of standard heads, which creates a wider spray. Since trialling this product for Trnd, the time it takes me to shower in the morning has halved. It features three distinct modes, which you can switch between at the click of a button. The Rain mode is quite gentle – like being caught in a warm summer downpour. The RainAir mode is more powerful and great for quick showers, while the Whirl function features three high-pressure jets,which are great for massaging tired muscles and also rinsing shampoo and conditioner out of hair.The silicone nozzles are easy to clean and don’t seem to clog up with limescale, which is great as I live in a hard water area. The chrome and white finish is stylish and will fit with pretty much any style of decor. The whole product is very sleek and the build quality is great. As long as you have decent water pressure, it offers a waterfall-style shower with added flexibility. If you have the money in your budget, I would definitely recommend it.

If you are looking for a new shower head then this is the one to be looking at. Not all multi spray shower heads are the same and I have found this out the hard way over the years. I've only had this a day but can already tell it's going to be a good choice.Firstly the build quality is faultless, it looks and feels premium with a chrome effect top and gloss white nozzle area, with a comforting weight to it.Secondly the size of the head offers a decent size showering zone, not just the usual jet of water you get from a round head.Lastly of course is the actual spray patterns; named Rain, RainAir and Whirl, all offering a distinct feel that you can definitely tell the difference between.These are selected via the revolutionary button that is installed on the neck, which changes between the settings effortlessly, unlike previous heads I have had which require the turning of a ring mounted on the outside edge of the head, often seizing and breaking.Overall I think this is a top quality product that outshines the competition and feel confident that it will be durable to last the test of time.

I took part in trnd project where I tested the best shower head ever, the Raindance Select E 120 from Hansgrohe. First I hesitated to apply for this project but now I am more than happy with my new shower head. I thought shower heads are unimportant. Now I know how relaxing can a shower be with a suitable shower head. Good shower gives you energy and relieve you mentally. Everybody who does exercises must try the Whirl Mode on Hansgrohe Raindance Select E 120.It has effortlessly easy technology. It has handy select button to switch between spray modes.Raindance Select E 120 it not just a high-tech product, but it is stylish as well.Has SoftCube design with rounded edges.Combination of white surfaces and mirrored chrome.Have silicone-lined water nozzles for easy cleaning! (One of the most important thing for me – I love shiny clean bathrooms)I really enjoyed this fantastic project. Since I use Hansgrohe Raindance I enjoy every "rain drops" in my bath room. I can confirm Hansgrohe Raindance changed my life. Small pleasures make life worthwhile.

This is an excellent product and we love it, but, beware!! It is only as good as the shower hose to which it is attached. Our Raindance Select came as part of a wider Hansgrohe system, comprising a brilliant overhead rain shower, controllers and the excellent iBoxes, and the handshower on a rail with a Hansgrohe hose.Sadly, on first use, this handshower wasn't great. We'd previously tried the head on another bathroom shower system (an Aqualisa) and it worked really well. Why then, was it not great on our very expensive new system? It appeared, after research, that the issue is all about the bore diameter of the shower hose. Hansgrohe supply 8mm bore hoses, which really restrict the flow of water significantly.A quick online search found a Mira 11mm bore hose, which we fitted as a replacement, and now our amazing Hansgrohe Raindance Select E handshower is working to the incredible best of its potential! As such, beware the hose - if you get that right this is an absolutely stormingly good product and is very highly recommended!

I'm currently acting as a product tester for trnduk and was very pleased to receive this product to trial. My previous shower head was ok but lacked oomph. This one is brilliant. The Hansgrohe Raindance Select E120 is larger in size than my previous one and much more powerful. It was simple to instal and looks good. No fiddly turning of the shower head to change the setting, just press the large button on the handle and away you go.The shower head consists of three settings, rainair, rain and whirl. Rainair offers a gentle stream of water infused with air so that it feels like a walk in the rain and great for a gentle shower experience and for rinsing hair. Rain is more powerful and offers a more thorough shower.Finally, there is whirl. This setting offers a more concentrated spray from three central holes which cause the water to twist as it leaves the shower head and results in a super massage experience. Great for aching muscles.Absolutely love this product!

I have been lucky enough to receive this product for free to test it and spread the word. However, this is my own honest opinion and written in my own words.To start with the shower head is so easy to fit, it looks fantastic and feels like a quality product. Also it uses flexible silicone jets so is super easy to clean.Once it is fitted and ready to use you are able to easily and quickly switch between the 3 modes (Rain, RainAir and Whirl) by just pressing the "select" button. It is much more efficient than my previous shower head where I had to spin it round and round until I found the mode I wanted.My favourite mode is the whirl mode as it feels like you are being massaged.The jets twist around each other and ease away your pains. Rain is perfect for rinsing shampoo out of long / thick hair and RainAir is the softest mode which is meant to feel like you are taking a walk in the rain.I would really recommend this to anyone. Enjoy xx

this is a high end shower head and not cheap but is an excellent quality item. having tried all 3 modes which are extremely easily changed using the easy to operate push button conveinienly positioned on the facing side of the showerhead 1. raindance flow 2. aiiiated raindance mode and 3. flow thro the contre row of 3 holes which twist the flow and is quite strong flow. i think i prefer the 1. raindance position which has a good dousing effect. the 2nd airiated flow is a stronger raindance flow which probably best used to wash away soap suds. the overall feel of this showerhead is a good weight and size i tried a bigger dia head(plastic and cheap just to try)and found it way to big and cumbersome this i think gets the size about right and wouldnt want it any bigger i think i would recommended this product highly although some will baulk at the high price but think it is far superior to cheaper units and will no doubt last a lot longer
