I've had this fridge freezer for around a month now. I couldn't be happier! The space in the fridge for a big family is brilliant. I didn't think I would use the water dispenser as my previous one was rubbish, needing to be refilled every o the drink. However this one holds 4 litres! The kids love it and we never have warm drinks. The only thing I would have liked to see would be a better ice cube making/storage facility. I wasn't expecting to have any so i was still happy to find the one that came with it. But it would have made the whole thing perfect if it was accessible through a tray rather than having to take out a little box each time I want ice,

Recently purchased this fridge and it's fantastic value. The whole family have commented on how much they love it. BUT........it has one BIG flaw which I can't get my head around. There are wheels on the front and back for ease of getting in and out of the appropriate space, but the front wheels are set quite a bit higher than the back wheels which means when it is pushed into space, you cannot level the fridge as it is already too high at the front! It's a ridiculous design flaw because had the wheels been level from the beginning, you could then lean the fridge back slightly (as is recommended so that the door is self closing).

Bought to replace[another brand]10 yr old unit which packed in during COVID lockdown .Having searched for an urgent and reasonably priced unit offering more storage space decided to order this unit via Amazon market place sellers. The new unit arrived a day earlier than anticipated and delivery team very helpful as was customer service when reporting a small side dent under the well packaged /crate to which an amicable solution was found. Overall an excellent unit plenty of space for frozen/fridge goods, I use water tank for holding additional light items eg; grapes /lemons by removing the lid as can get cold water from kitchen tap and ice from rescued ice unit which fits inside freezer ice

After doing some research and reading lots of reviews, we decided on this fridge/freezer and are so pleased we did. This lives in our utility room and is an ‘overflow’ to our main kitchen fridge. The fridge part holds loads and the drawers and wine rack are very handy! It’s great to have an upright freezer section which makes food easily accessible unlike my big chest freezer which holds loads but is difficult to access. It is incredible value when compared with all the main big brand names and we would definitely recommend it. Delivery was professional and we were kept informed of the ETA. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you.

We bought this fridge freezer just over a month ago, after our Top brand name american fridge freezer packed up. This was a gamble as far as the makers go but hey ho, it is amazing and i wouldn't swap it for the top leading brand make! It is so smart in my kitchen and the space inside is so much better than my old one, as is the water dispenser, my old one was hardly used and when we did it dripped water everywhere. Honestly, it is silent running, we don't know its plugged in, so quiet. I highly recommend this appliance and thank everyone who reviewed it because we relied on those comments and are so glad we did. Hope this helps too

This fridge freezer looks great especially in Stainless steel, great ergonomics inside providing plenty of shelving ,it even has bottle rack. It has two large compartments at the bottom for salads & vegetables. The addition of a water dispenser is very useful, just be prepared for a lot of trips to the tap for re-filling. There is a small lcd with relevant temperature information, the only downside is an annoying alarm that goes off after just a short time if the fridge door is left open, this would not be a negative if there was a way to turn it off or disable it.Overall I would highly recommend this fridge freezer .

Firstly getting it into your house...i had to take the handles off, and there is an alan key inside freezer for that very purpose, this gives you 91cm to play with. The freezer comes on fixed rollers to help manoeuvre once inside your house. Once opened youll see how well theyve designed everything, the packaging to hold all the shelves in place rather than just a bit of tape, along inside tools for handle removal and setting the feet shows quality and attention to detail. The fridge freezer is massive, its frost free, and completely silent, this is a fantastic product, and for the money, outstanding value.

This fridge/freezer was bought as a replacement for our failing Samsung American-style unit, which had had lots of problems over the years we owned it.Although I only bought the Hisense a month ago initial impressions are very good.I thought it was priced extremely competitively agains the competition, but in every respect this is equal to the quality of devices much more expensive.Another thing that impresses is the actual space available inside the unit. As value-for-money, without compromising on quality I'd have no hesitation recommending this fridge/freezer if you're in the market for one.

I had been looking for a new American Style fridge freezer for months. Looking at the ones with all the features and twice the price as this one. Should I buy a plumbed in version or one with ice! It was driving me crazy. Anyway, in the end I went for the most cost effective version with the best review. I'm really pleased with it. I don't mind not having ice as you just buy a bag! And, I also don't mind filling up the water tank as there is only 2 of us so it lasts a few days. All in all, I would really recommend this product for its value for money and its functions. It looks great too!!

I am generally very pleased with the product. The layout of the fridge and freezer internally is well thought out and usefulOne or two little glitches. 1. The doors don't seem to open far enough to remove the trays/baskets at the bottom of both compartments. It is possible but could be made easier by allowing the doors to open further. 2. The finish on the cabinet is very delicate and is easy to "rub off" if you're not careful.All in all I think it's a good product and very good value for money

Bought this after our fridge/freezer packed up. So glad we went for a bigger American style fits so much more in, great size for a family of 4 adults, can actually buy ice cream and it fits in. Love the water dispenser easy to fill and remove for cleaning, Digital display shows temperature when doors are open, can adjust temperature for both sides, also comes with super freeze and super cool function. Great fridge/freezer for a great price, also have a Hisense washing machine and can’t fault that.

Fell in love with the fridge as soon as I unpacked it and seen the colour and size. I thought it would be a little smaller but turns out it was a little taller than expected which I had no problem with, considering I was hoping it would be tall. Left it for 4 hours for the gas to settle then turned on and left for a further 2 hours to cool down.I was that excited I went shopping whilst it was cooling as I couldnt wait to use it.Would highly recommend to anyone who likes big appliances.

Has this 8 weeks now. So quiet you forget it's on. Great size. Shelves are removable. Lots of room. Really nice temperature display. Deep door shelves are a real bonus. My only gripe is the water dispenser. It wasn't working when it arrived so someone came out. Works now but so slow and you have to keep it full all the time. Outside is a lovely dark grey on the back with stainless steel doors in the front. Lovely big handles. For the price this is a lovely big American freezer.

Always had a hotpoint fridge freezer, one of which caught fire! Based on the reviews of the Hisense we thought we'd give it a try as it ticked all our criteria. The FF is solid, plenty of room and very well made. Looks great and really is worth every penny. I love that I can now see everything in my freezer section. My little ones love the drinks dispenser. Filled with flavoured water constantly. Definitely recommend this FF.

After my fridge Freezer and my freezer got swept away in floods last year, I needed a new one and decided to combine it in one. What a good choice. I needed the biggest freezer I could get, and this doesn't disappoint. The fridge is also huge, and will be a great addition as an extra fridge. The other bonus is that this lovely looking machine works out much cheaper than 2 separate decent appliances. Win, win.
