Changing the door to open the other way was more involved than expected. Instructions for this are at the back of the book - we would think it should be the first. Had to take all the top off. Could not find the serial number (for the excellent 2 yr warranty) and had already put the freezer in place so could not check the back. Could not get through to Hisense, and the supplier could not help. Finally found it - on inside, when bottom drawer removed! The drawer quality seems really good, and although its a narrow freezer, the drawers are a good size. Very quiet - great, but theres no power light to reassure you that it's actually working. Overall, after the teething problems (mentioned to help others)

My wife mostly likes the fridge: its pretty quiet and has very good capacity for the size.Negatives are:the drawers seems quite flimsy and not sure how long before they start to crackThe temperaute control dial is not very intuitive with 'Cold - Mild - Colder' settings only. Now to my mind Mild is warmer than Cold - but apparently not on this Fridge; Mild is the mid point between Cold and Colder. This does not make sense - mild weather is usually warmer than cold weather!Otherwise, so far so good.

I bought this fridge and got it at a very good price from Marks Electrical of Leicester. Its very sturdy, has a lovely stainless steel door and is so roomy. Its the same dimensions as the Zanussi which it replaced but seems so much bigger inside, especially the door shelves (balconies) which can easily many more small jars and they can also hold large containers of orange juice and milk. This fridge also has a fire retardent backing which gives further peace of mind.

I bought this freezer when my other more expensive freezer broke down after 20 months I am so glad I did. The drawers are so roomy and the freezer is so quiet and it’s so stylish looking on the outside and comes with a 2 year warranty and an A++ energy rating. Also a reversible door handle which is so handy to blend in with your kitchen or if you have young children it can be left off for safety.

l bought this fridge because we needed a replacement,l had no idea as to what make but was suitably impressed with it. lt has a good light and the door does stay open when you are looking for something in it.also it has a good light so overall l am very pleased with it just one thing it would be easier if the veg box had the opening on the top as it is quite low down for us wrinklies.

Bought this fridge as my previous one just gave up. It is so quiet, at first I had to keep checking it was on. Nice and spacious. Fits all my food and drink perfectly. The shelves are all glass - would have liked one to be a wire one as I have to be careful not to clonk my wine/beer bottles onto the glass. Have put a silicone mat in to protect

This freezer was a guarantee replacement for a Beko freezer that only lasted six months, and I am glad I chose it.The Hesense is well built, very solid, and extremely quiet. I knew about Hesense products because I spent many years in China and used one of their fridge freezers.I would wholeheartedly recommend this little freezer.

Instructions for reversing which way the door opened needed more clarification. In reality was unable to lift the top off after removing the two rear screws. It was stuck down on the leading edge during manufacture and needed very careful separation by sliding forwards. No mention given in the instructions regarding this.

I am so impressed with this fridge. It is sleek, effective and spacious. The sound is low and energy efficient as well. Although I cannot say a lot about its longevity because its my first time using this brand, it definitely has shown a great promise to be a great product. I have never regretted changing the fridge.

This is a very attractive fridge. My wife and I wanted a nice smart silver one to complement our kitchen, and it really does the job. Very energy efficient and dead easy to clean. The only thing that would make it even better would be if the handle was slightly more discreet, but hey, for the price: it's super!

This was purchased to provide additional space as our fridge freezer is often full. This is a brand I haven't used before but I am most impressed. The glass shelves are better than the plastic one in our fridge freezer and there is plenty of space in the door and a decent large crisper drawer

We recently bought this freezer as our old one had expired after 20 years. We are very pleased with it. It is very quiet, you hardly know it is on. It appears to freeze everything very well and the drawers are a good size and are easy to access. It would be better if it was frost free.

I needed a new under counter freezer and after searching around for a few days I came accross the Hisense.It has plenty of storage space is well insulated and is very quiet in the kitchen.With aan enge rating of A++ glen lines and sufficient storage space what's not to like.

A recent purchase for me so can't comment on build quality / longevity just yet. However, it was priced well, has lots of space, feels sturdy, looks good, runs quietly and keeps things cold.If you don't need a freezer compartment, go for it.

Purchased this to replace a freezer that stopped working. This is the first time that I have had a Hisense freezer and I am very hsppy with it. It has plenty of storage space and the ice maker is very useful. I would certainly recommend it.
