This is like many other"Level 2" Hanayama puzzles: You move around the pieces more or less at random until it eventually comes apart. I would give it 5 stars compared to puzzles in general, but since it's a Hanayama the demands are higher.The "level 2" puzzles are often like this, i.e. you can solve them just by trial and error. The level 1's normally have some (easy) characteristic to figure out, and level 3 and higher levels have some more difficult difficulty to figure out (often in conjuction with some elaborate sequence of steps) but the level 2's are the most "ordiary" of the bunch -- though of course most of the time vastly more interesting than non-Hanayama puzzles...

About right for a level 2 game. Disassembled and reassembled in about 10 mins. By trial and error you will get there eventually.
